Helped my very sensitive skin!
The tub is a lot smaller than I imagined. It’s more of a face cream size
It’s worked but it’s expensive so it’s one to think about the affordability

I have been REN skincare customer for 3 years now. The quality of the products, the speedy delivery, the customer service is all exquisite!
I have a sensitive skin that is not compatible and comfortable with a lot of products. But so far I have tried many different REN products and never had an issue and they have always left my skin fresh, smooth and at peace☺️

This is a great product. The timing of the delivery was perfect and the packaging was nicely put together.

Im pregnant and have recently purchased products in their ‘Pregnancy Skincare’ range wanting to ensure anything I’m using is safe- when a product arrived ‘Bio Retinoid Youth Cream’ there was a big warning on it saying ‘Not for use on pregnant or lactating women’! There was no information on the website saying this, but an article on REN saying it was safe.

As a result I got in touch with their customer service asking for a refund as I do not feel comfortable using this product. They assured me that they had recently done tests assuring that the products were safe (no details beyond this) and that if I wanted a refund, I could but would need to send all of my free items back too that came with the order, which by that point I had used because there was no warnings on those items!

It felt incredibly rude and difficult- as I said I was needing to now buy a replacement ‘safe’ moisturiser and I asked for an exchange, which they refused.

The whole exchange has been uncomfortable, not straight forward and I do not think they understand why a pregnant woman would not feel comfortable using a product marked not safe! For a company championing pregnancy, it’s very disappointing.

I became addicted to the Ren skincare through lockdown and have not gone back since. All it took was for a tester of the overnight cream and that was it, I boast of the skincare products and the point systems.

Clean screen mineral spf30 for face is awful! Leaves an obvious white residue. Look like a clown. Theyve closed their customer care line apparently to keep their staff safe from covid. Its September 2023! Sent email and they offered me a facial OVER THE PHONE! They said it would help me apply it correctly! Really??? My skin was moisturised before application REN! It's your product that's the problem. It looks like zinc oxide nappy rash cream on my face. A bluey white residue that everybody notices. A total waste of £30 and useless customer support. Avoid this company. Premium prices. Poor product and customer care ☹☹☹

The products are top class and when a problem arises it is promptly solved.

I have been purchasing REN products for several years now and am never disappointed. I reached out via email to get support to buy a gift for someone and Beth was immensely helpful. Very pleased with the customer service provided!
