Fabulous serum, ideal for dry skin. Great with evercalm moisturiser.

I had an issue with my order. I messaged REN and they resolved the problem immediately!

Ordered online using a discount code which had been applied initially in checkout process. Paid via PayPal and found out after the order had been confirmed that the code had been removed. Contacted Customer service straight away, who don't reply on weekends so I was unable to cancel the order. It's stated on the website that this is possible within 15m.
Waited 2 days for a response from Ren who basically informed me that I had to open a new account, (already did this) for it to work. Explained that I had done so prior to the order and had the same information repeated.

Customer service not helpful at all. I will purchased from Facetheory in the future l.

Shady and dodgy company.

Unable to process a simple refund since November 2022.

Items have already been returned in November, have had multiple email correspondence with multiple members who keep passing the buck, and have had to personally go back and forth between my bank and this dodgy company. Have the emails to prove it.

They still owe me over 100 pounds. Have never had such an issue dealing with returns with any other company.

Avoid at all costs.

I bought the new serum as yet I haven't used it but I use Ren products so I'm sure it will be great.

The website is very user friendly. The products are natural and clean for the environment. The shipping is fast.

I recently moved and my address pre-populates to my old address. I realized within ONE MINUTE of placing my order and emailed customer service immediately. I was told they could do nothing about it because by the time they read my email, my product had shipped. My product cost me $50. A little good customer service goes a very long way. I will not be repurchasing from this company.

Good and quick customer service handling time with queries or issues. Products are clean and worth and the money. Love they have a mini collection so I can still get involved without spending big.

Advertisement great and east to order, arrived within days

I ordered stuff from Ren for over 250€ ,got 2 faulty items ,I sent emails to customer service asked to to replace or refund my faulty items and I got nothing,because I deleted my email with my order number,I had delivery documents with all details and that’s wasn’t enough,not recommended,very disappointed with customer service.

Delivery is always so quick and easy. Customer service is also fantastic
