Fantastic products and offers - I can't fault REN skin care. Delivery was very fast and I couldn't have asked for a better service

All the items from this range work well for me. My skin is notably brighter and softer. Also, delivery is always quick.

From start to finish, Ren provide an excellent service and first class products. Ordering is here simple and easy. They offer a reward system that is incredibly generous. I used a £25 voucher that I was awarded just for leaving reviews of the products I had used. The product itself is excellent and from the Evercalm collection. And everything including all the packaging is fully recyclable.

Sent me a wrong product. This can happen, as mistakes can be made.
Customer care person I dealt with, called Beth, resolved the issue by sending out a replacement and said I can keep the incorrect item as well.
If only all companies were this helpful and understanding.

Your customer service advisor was great and that is why I gave you 3 stars rather than 2, as for your delivery/warehouse it was shocking for the second time. My first order didn’t make it to Royal Mail, so after a week of waiting, I asked you to check it out and your advisor was more than helpful and said a new one would be sent out the next day via DPD. This didn’t materialise as your warehouse sent it out again via Royal Mail during a well known strike resulting in further delays.

Easy website to navigate, a good range of products with a useful skin care quiz to point you in the correct direction, prices are very reasonable for what I have found to be an excellent skin care range. Very happy customer.

I worked with a REN esthetician to select skincare that is pregnancy safe. She recommended the Bioretinoid Youth Cream and when it arrived, the bottle clearly states that it is "not for use by pregnant or lactating women". This warning is not visible on the website before purchasing.

Ren is taking down honest reviews unless they are 5 or 4 stars. I have been using ren for many years and have been a loyal customer. My recent experience was awful. Ren discontinued a product that I was using for years. They brought new products that are specifically for sensitive problematic skin. I never had problematic skin, but it is very dry. After starting to use their new products, my skin started to react, it was burning and very sore.The product also turns stinky and cloudy. I bought 2 bottles since staff in Space NK suggested that this might have been a fake product since it was purchased on Amazon. I reviewed the products on both Ren and Space NK, and Ren took it down within an hour and Space NK did not publish it. I went to Space NK to speak about my experience, I was made feel as if I was making this up, even though I brought the product with me and had images of numerous bottles of the serum where the same thing happened. They would not refund the product. If a product changes and it's not as it's supposed to be, it's faulty and it should be refunded. I suggested that they should send it back to REN with feedback, and they said they can not contact them, they have no number for them or can not get through. retailer can not contact or feedback to the supplier? I was asked by the staff whether any other customer mentioned it in reviews as they never had anyone complain. I said, no, but you and Ren are not publishing negative reviews. I was given a voucher. The way my skin is now is much more of my concern since I have developed painful red patches and rosacea on my face which is swollen all over the face, and my eyes are swollen and burning since I started using their new products, despite that I stopped using this 4 days ago. . It is very concerning that neither Ren nor Space NK are publishing honest reviews, which can really impact or even damage someone's skin. Whenever you contact REN they are disinterested and appear as if they really do not care.
