Enjoyed the rental car for entire month. Collection was straightforward, car was new, clean and reliable. I wanted to highlight (Beka) for his great customer service skills. And drop off was super easy. Will use them again.

I made my reservation for a Toyota Camry about 2 months in advance and also called the office located on Baumanskaya. I spoke with Ruslan and asked if a Camry will be available for me or if an alternative - what will it be. Ruslan assured me that there are enough Camrys in fleet and he will note my preference, he also said that in the unlikely event that a Camry was not available it will be a MB E-class. I advised that I need a Camry. He assured me that he will note my reservation. Upon arrival in SVO I was taken to a Hyundai Sonata with no Camry available. I was also told (this insulted my intelligence) by the representative there that Camry and Sonata are in the same class - when clearly they are not. They are even priced not same.
However, after a call to head office, Maxim advised that the Sonata will be replaced next morning with a Camry. And it was replaced as promised, brought to me at my location, I did not need to go anywhere.
it was explained to me that Ruslan did not tell anyone about my request.
After that there we no issues and the return was super fast, representative was able to check in the car from photos I took of the car when left at parking lot in SVO. Security deposit was refunded promptly.
I will consider this rental company for my next rental need.

Directly at Pulkovo Airport, this car rental is well located, easy to find and personal is very reactive. We already used it for 3 trips in St Petersburg, and each time it was perfect, quick and not too expensive.

Had great service in Tbilisi International Airport, even when we had some issues with the car getting towed they were most helpful. We were able to contact the deck and get our car back from the tow company in little time. Would use again in the future
