Your technician Joel was very efficient and professional
Your technician Joel was very professional and kept us informed throughout the process of treating and removing our wasp nest. He was very personable and professional towards us and recommended we replace our outside extractor fans exits( which is how the wasps first gained access to our property).
Our regular maintenance guy is currently on holiday. When he returns I will ask him to install mosquito proof grills and meshes to the outside end of the extractor fans. Please pass on our thanks to Joel for the 10 out 10 service and the advice he provided.

Rentokil charged me £1600 to lay some traps and bait
Rentokil charged me £1600 to lay some traps and bait for a rodent issue. The three visits to lay and inspect the traps worked out at almost £500 for less than half an hour on each visit. There was no change to the infestation. I was then told I needed to pay a further £1900 to solve the issue. I cancelled.
