You must not buy from this company…

You must not buy from this company online. They call it a UK website then warn of 'possible' duty charges. I ordered £210 worth of jeans and Fedex has invoiced me £88.40. Of course, I will never pay Fedex (goods are delivered) but now I want to return part of the shipment and am concerned Replay will collect the Fedex charge when processing the refund. What's so annoying is that, even if there are customs charges to pay, the customs info is published (somewhere in .gov.uk) and can therefore be known about, and added to the sale price. Scandalous, sharp practices.

Absolute farce

Absolute farce - paid £140 for a pair of jeans and had to pay £60 in duty/customs. In fairness they warn you goods over £130 may be subject to duty but they do not by any stretch suggest it's going to be this much. And they know it will be because they always use Fedex, they just will not be honest about it as they want your custom. Steer well clear of buying anything from Replay in Italy if you're in the UK. I rejected the jeans but still had to pay duty and now wait for the ubiquitous 14 working days before I get a refund. Never again!

Avoid this online company

Avoid buying directly from their online store, I experienced the most unsatisfactory customer service, slow communication from them, the package should reach me in a maximum of 7 days from Italy to Denmark, but after I used a lot of nerves and time to I write dozens of e-mails, the package only arrived in 18 days, etc. Packages were delivered to me faster from China or America. The only good thing about them is the exceptional quality clothes, but I recommend buying them from reliable stores that have quality customer service and transport logistics, I can only say disappointments at Replay online.

They gave me a wrong shoe size when I went back to a shop they can’t help me they gave their managers email I have sent more than 5 emails no response,I’m stucked with the shoes that I can’t wear,I will never ever gonna buy from u dnt know how to treat customers

SHOCKING! DO NOT BUY ONLINE

SHOCKING! DO NOT BUY FROM REPLAY ONLINE if in the UK. They will not allow returns in-store either. A pair of jeans that cost me £150 had a £65 FedEx duty on top. If i returned it would cost me another £65. I am stuck with a pair of jeans that dont fit as Replay stores will not take them back in-store. Wake up Replay before you lose all your UK customers.

I am a very upset and angry customer

I am a very upset and angry customer. I purchased a pair of jeans from the this company website where they informed that shipping costs will be £0. Then prior to delivery, I got a call from FEDEX to inform me that I would need to pay import tax for the product to be delivered to me. I was not only shocked, but felt completely mislead. I contacted Replay who requested FEDEX to return the item. This has subsequently happened, but since I have been hit with a import tax invoice which is more than 30% of the original price of the item. Replay have since informed me that this is not their problem and I should deal with FEDEX. What absolutely shocking and appalling customer behavior. I will be taking legal action against Elisabetta and the Replay team. Pointless 'Customer Care'. Encourage all potential customers not to buy their products, they only value profits and are completely disloyal to their customers!

Good experience

I do love Replay clothes and shoes! I actually prefer to order online as the store in Cologne doesn't actually give you your money back if you want to return something (even the next day). So I browse the shop and order online and I have actually had a good experience with Replay online service. The 2 items I ordered last time came fairly quickly, well packages and as advertised. As they were too big for me I had to return them. Refund was processed withing a week, no issues whatsoever.

Absolute disgusting customer service

Absolute disgusting customer service. Bought jeans but unfortunately i needed to return them, i have received the item on 24.12.18 and i was withing my 15 days when i contacted them about the return but because they had incorrect delivery date on their website which was 16.12.18 i was not able to return the item. Absolutely disgusted with the way i have been treated. Also have requested on numerous occasions complaints procedure but never been sent one. This was my first and last time i have bought from them, honestly never had such bad experiance with any other company.

Very unhappy ATM with replay jeans customer services I would request u have a call centre based in uk as this is ridiculous also why the hell is your customer services closed at weekends so outdated and needs a massive update the whole replay company of u would like my help replay feel free to contact me I'm sure I can grow sales for your company
