Genuinely the worst company, been trying to make a return for months. The customer service is non existent, the backdrops are no better than any of the ones on Amazon, i have sent several dozen emails, shipped the unused ones back and still no refund. I have to contest the charges with my credit card company because they are so so so u responsive. At $80 per backdrop you would think they would have SOME customer service. Terrible company in every aspect.

I ordered from them over a month ago and have not received any product. When I reached out to inquire about shipping time via email, no response. When I reached out via social media, no response. To me it seems like they’re a fake company out here to steal your money.

I bought two surfaces from them spending almost $200! Not even close to worth the price. When I asked them a question post purchase it took them a week to respond and only b/c I posted a comment on their social media (which they deleted). And on top of that, they didn't even help me with my issue. I wanted them to send me the two foam sleeves so I could store these expensive things and they said they had no way of sending me them. How absolutely ridiculous. You'll notice you don't see any negative reviews on their site, social media or anywhere else. Now I realize it's because they're deleting them. As an alternative, I found V-Flat World has an equally good price but you get twice the amount of boards for the same price.

I spent about $300 to get 5 surfaces (about $70 a piece). I purchased White Marble, Beechwood, Subway Tile, Butcher's block and Shiplap. They're pretty much laminates on white boards. I was disappointed because I thought the surfaces would feel more realistic, they're not. For example I thought Subway Tile would feel more like Subway Tile but they're not. It's not shiny, it has no dimensions like real tiles, it looks dull. I wouldn't expect so much if it was 50% cheaper. It looks great for your photos but you can pretty much just take a picture of a surface you want in high resolution and go to someone that does high quality printing and print whatever surfaces you want for less. The only cons for that is if you get it dirty you'll have to print a new one. So if you're doing products photoshoot for a living I guess it's worth it. If you're only a small business owner then it's not really worth it.
