Such a very bad company!!!!! They taking money from your account before you knew it how could they do this to people? Such a thief!!

Stole money from my account

I emailed the company to say I wanted to cancel my membership. They sent me a link to do this which I did. However they then proceeded to take money from my bank account. Appalling company

This is a scam they stole our details and then refused a refund

This company has just taken £30 from my account that was to go towards feeding my child! How can you do this to people? I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!

Taken £29.95 from my bank account when I never signed up to them! Ignored all my emails! Was told they have cancelled my subscription and they have taken money out my account again!! Have logged a fraud compliaint with nationwide as my old address was used as part of this

Always ensure I don't sign up to fraudsters like these but somehow money always leaves my account. Cancelled and sent an email, contacted the police and still no response

Didn’t know this company even existed till they took £29.25 out of my bank. Reported them for fraud how these scammers compromise debit cards etc I don’t know but everyone please report them to resolver who will get you your money back if your bank won’t intervene. Now have to go over the bank holiday with no debit card thanks to these thieves

Absolute thieves. There is no way I would have signed up to a subscription service without knowing. £29.25 taken out today which is literally my daughters Scottish child payment. Bank won’t refund, you won’t refund.

Criminal how this kind of stuff can still happen. I thought it had stopped years ago.

They have taken £29.50 from my bank account and I didn't even sign up to them. Absolute disgrace they can do this. Have emailed them demanding a refund. If not will be taking it further.

Took £29.95 four times over two days, so £120 the robbing scum. This is after they took 30 a month ago so i cancelled it- even though never signed up to them in first place- they got my details when i did credit check, but after cancelling they still took. When phoned them they agreed to refund one payment on goodwill then when ive checked the email and my bank they refunded 12p cheeky fraudsters! Fuming. They ignore all emails. Reported to my bank but they must making a fortune of poor unsuspecting people. Horrible company.

Scamming ba***rds. I didn't even use this site or anything they offered. Didn't even hear of em till they tried taking 29.95 out of my account. Where they got my information I dont no. Do not trust this website. Scamming little rats
