A lot of great teas. They ship safely and I like that they give samples in each order. I do wish it wasn't always the same samples, but it's free so I'm not complaining.
I did find that a couple teas taste different when you buy the can instead of the refill bag. I'm guessing it has something to do with the tea bags being loose in the bag??? One specifically is very different tasting, Lean Green tastes great in refill, but terrible in the can (too much cinnamon), weird right?
Anyway, one time a tea I'd ordered was missing, but they sent a new one right away, and it wasn't a whole big hassle, love that!

Placed an order 10 days ago with over USD 150 with international shipping. been processing ever since. was told address is wrong, gave the mzip code, google map link, etc. still no response. worst customer service inexperienced and time consuming.
Never a bad experience. I am a regular consumer of their Earl Greyer tea bags and the seasonal Peppermint Bark. I buy them in bulk and keep them available all year round. In addition to those regulars, I love the rooibos teas and like to try their samples. Always quick shipping, nice samples and great service.
