Completely useless
Gave them my phone number and email, kept telling me they were wrong and messaged through Auto trader
Test drove an expensive car and asked various things to come back to me about. A week later they sent me nonsense about batteries which was nothing to do with what I asked!

Very poor experience with the service department at Research Garage Fiat Nuneaton.
One issue was fixed under warranty, but another problem I reported was dismissed without proper investigation. It felt like they were unwilling to accept there was an issue rather than trying to diagnose it.
I also wasn’t contacted when the car was ready and had to return the next day to collect it.
When I raised these concerns, the manager told me he would make a note not to accept me as a customer in the future.
This gives the impression that if you question their assessment or report a problem, you are no longer welcome. Very disappointing service from a Fiat main dealer.

I booked my Peugeot 3008 into Peugeot Reserch Garage Hinckley for two fuses to be changed as it requires them to do it. I understood that I would have to pay 1 to 2 hours labour. I was charged £270 for 1.5 hours work to change 2 fuses. Not happy with them at all.

Went today to look for a new car and part exchange my old one at the Nuneaton garage. Wasn’t greeted very professionally the sales person just didnt look bothered and walked off after opening the cars so we couldn’t ask any questions even if we wanted a test drive the car. He just didn’t want to help and was very grumpy, and when we said we wanted to part exchange felt like the sales person just didn’t care because we didn’t want brand new despite being really enthusiastic and excited about the Fiat 500 we had found. We also left after being made to feel bad which upset me because we couldn’t put more down as a deposit towards the new purchase and the valuation on my current car was unfairly priced and told I wouldn’t have any equity despite every other car garage we had visited said I would have quite a large amount.
When dealing with us the salesperson also got up and left us sat at his desk to deal with what I can only describe as more deserving customers of his time that had just walked into the Branch that would gain him more commission on a sale.

Thought I should post a review after 12 months ownership of a 73 plate Giulia. The purchase was painless, I can't remember if it was Ryan or Sanjay I dealt with but they all knew these cars inside-out and seemed to have a genuine passion for Alfas. Car has been pretty much perfect with just a few random error messages as the car's battery management settled down after being at the showroom for what I'm guessing was a couple weeks, zero problems since, very enjoyable car to own. Would definitely consider buying from there again.

As previously expressed by customers Blake was an excellent salesman in providing a courteous test drive experience and was up front about the history of the car. We pencilled in a price ...But I wanted some reassurance about the missing service history as it had only had one service.
Unfortunately he went on leave and I ended up speaking to Dilan who preferred to talk rather than listen. He spoke over me three times, told me how things would proceed so I ended the call.
Blake followed things up when he returned from leave and I had some concerns about proceeding with a purchase and there was ambiguity about the Spoticar warranty covering any faults caused by the missed services.
I was effectively told there's the warranty document which I had to read sideways on an email.
Olivia was very polite and matter of fact, but totally resolute that research garage would not offer any further guarantee beyond the warranty document.
To be fair, the showrooms are all very lovely, clean with well presented cups of coffee being offered to customers and all the paraphernalia you might expect.
Yet beneath the veneer It's clear that the used car industry is still pretty shoddy. I would say tread carefully to anyone considering using them because it's easy to be seduced.
