Very satisfied, smooth ordering but complicated return

I was really satisfied with the service, but I still like to address some issues. They have a large inventory and it should be easy to find correct parts for you. Shipping was extremely quick but pricy for only ordering a small part. Payment was easy, but I had some issues with returns since I had to contact them to get a return label. It was quite complicated to have to write an email lol, I also got two different replies from two different support staff to the same support query for some reason, and the return refund took a really long time to arrive, but luckily shipping was also refunded even though the policy didn’t say so which I’m very happy about! I can strongly recommend shopping at reservdelaronline
