Poor customer service

I have recently had Resimac take over my home loan from the bank of Adelaide. The whole time I had my loan with Bank Of Adelaide I never had any issues. The same cannot be said for Resimac. During the transfer from Bank of Adelaide to Resimac my payments were stopped which makes sense because of the new account/details etc. I had a letter from Resimac stating my new banking details however they don't seem to match my account details online. I have called Resimac asking for clarification of my account details however the person answering my call couldn't give me details of my account. I was told I would get a call back however I am still waiting for this call. I also contacted Resimac through the email linked to my online account and that also has not been answered. Of course I am being charged interest on missed monthly payments which isn't huge but still frustrating as I want to get this sorted. If anyone is considering getting a home home through Resimac I would recommend they go elsewhere as customer service is non existent.

They deserve -5.

They deserve -5.

Impossible to deal with, they never reply to you.

I went through 9 people to work out what was wrong on the payments were not being recorded.
I accepted I made a mistake listening to the broker.

Finally get someone and get it all sorted. and they were taking over the account management.
All fine and dandy.
Accept the mistake and pay what they said, and inform them of the changes, no reply.

Then a week later saying I still owe money after being told X due, I email the 2 people asking them what is going on, they do not reply.

I get another email saying an overdue amount and they have no reference of the previous person I was speaking too.

You will get more pleasure sitting in a ranging campfire than having to deal with these clowns.

They do not reply to you, you cannot and they will not help you try and find a solution to sort out the mix up and they are unwilling to help you or work with you, and they will stonewall you.
The is the last straw with them, I will be taking the hit and refinancing with a bank now, like NAB or CBA.
These fools are not worth the stress or constant arguments when they continue to fight you.

They give loan sharks a good name.

Impossible to deal with

This company bought up my car loan debt without my knowledge, and has become the absolute hardest business I’ve ever dealt with to get information out of. To access a simple account statement was an impossible task that required five phone calls and still no resolution.
