The best

The best! From the customer service to the perfect designs. Can always trust that the team will do an amazing job and anything you need, there’s always someone to help. Can’t fault restoration plug at all and highly recommend to everyone!

SERVICE IS SECOND TO NONE!

I've never had a bad experience with Restoration Plug! The customer service is always quick and easy and the quality of service is second to none. These guys are so talented and it shows in their work. Always 100% professional, cannot recommend enough!!

excellent shop

excellent shop. pre ordered some custom trained and what a job they did.Needed for a certain date and was able to get me them a week before the date.

Will 100% be ordering again.
Great shop great staff and worth every penny.

The best in the business!!

The guys at restoration plug are miracle workers!! They’ve literally restored heals, bags, trainers, literally everything I’ve sent them back to perfect condition. Saved me soooo much money restoring my stuff rather than buying new. I trust them with all the items I bring them and they always take so much care and attention to detail. Ordering customs obviously took a while but I can completely appreciate that they are a small local Sheffield business and they do everything to a high standard. The team are so lovely and are more than happy to give updates and advice when I pop in. Thank you 💗💗💗

Brilliant job

Brought in a pair of Lunar Force 1s that I was considering throwing away because they were so badly damaged… But Darnell did an incredible job of being them back to life and they looked as good as new when I picked them up. Highly recommend!

SCAM WARNING

SCAM WARNING - DO NOT BUY

Ordered and paid £165 in May, they are full of crap. Answered calls and emails initially but now wont reply. No ETA, no refund. My poor daughter who has paid out of her own money is now without trainers. Disgusting is an understatement & they are still on social media advertising.

SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY

Started off with good communication then now does not respond and over the last two times they have it was stated that ‘your item is top priority and will be with you in 1-2 weeks’ this is a scam on a massive level with a social media presence and no doubt will go bust and disappear with no doubt 10’s of thousands of peoples money as all the reviews are the same.

My experience with them is disgusting…

My experience with them is disgusting I’ve been waiting now 7 months. After lying continuously about when the shoes will be arriving and then lying about my refund which I still haven’t received I’m so disappointed and do no recommend at all ! I advise everyone to have a look at the reviews on Facebook as it’s all the same with this company.

My son ordered a pair of trainers on 3rd March and we are still waiting. They don't answer emails,messages or phone calls. £190.00 they have robbed off a 15 year old lad who saved up his own money for these. Disgusting!!!!

I have been waiting nearly 4 months for…

I have been waiting nearly 4 months for a pair of trainers . I do get messaged back when I ask for a update and they say ready for dispatch 3 times but still waiting ... I just don't know why they still take orders if they are this far behind. Its not very good for the customer or the company as I will not recommend them to anyone. I might get the trainers at Xmas time the way things are going ha

Ordered my shoes for £85 back when a had just about that but though ah my little bro would like them so a put ma self short that's kool a don't mind but what a do mind is when it says online 6 to 8 weeks but aye kool blame carona it's now 11weeks 3 days into waiting on any sign of life from these people u email u get patched u phone u get patched am about to flip the lid its got to the point its really affecting ma mental health the fact these (C U Next TuesdayS) !! Don't cummunicate what so ever so a want my money back never be back again and don't advise it if u don't want to get fuckd about.

I ordered a pair of trainers on…

I ordered a pair of trainers on 02/04/2020, fully understanding the lockdown the country was facing and that this could cause delays. They state on their website and disclaimer on emails etc that the MAXIMUM wait time is 6 weeks, I have now been waiting over 4 MONTHS with little to no information.

After emailing and Facebook messaging numerous times, as well as calling to number which I received no answer on, I have only been informed, each time I have contacted them previously, that it will be 6 weeks, then shipped at the end of July once the 6 weeks period was outstanding. I have now sent Facebook messages and 4 emails asking for an update, what is going on and why they are giving me misleading information of when I will have received my order and have had 0 replies to any of them, which now exceeds a week. This all happening while they were advertising a competition for a pair of trainers and sending them out to the winner, who happily received them. Surely they would put their paying customers as a priority to ensure they are happy and they are not receiving bad reviews/complaints.

Working in a customer service environment myself, I do not want to be “that customer”, however, the customer service I’m receiving is ridiculous. After spending so much money on a pair of shoes, and trusting the company with that, I am so disappointed and not happy that it has come to me writing this.
