Experienced and reputable platforms will politely remind you of the renewal and offer you preferential subscription terms for the next period. In this case, you are presented with a fait accompli - pay, and then cancel, etc. The website is poorly designed, and user-friendliness is very limited. There is no need to force the customer to carefully read the terms and conditions, which should be clearly displayed in large print in the corner.
