Great device, 100% battery health and only 83 cycle counts. It took longer than expected, probably because I'm based in a different country, but overall all smooth.

Deplorable experience with completely unreliable company. iPhone was paid for but not delivered. Seller says it arrived but the address quoted is incomplete. Very slow to answer and only repeat the same message. I paid almost €500 but the seller did not respect any legal obligations. Avoid at all costs.

Achat de iPhone reconditionné. Payé mais jamais livré. Le vendeur dit que le produit a été livré mais l’adresse indiquée est erronée. Très lent à répondre et il répète toujours le meme message. J’ai payé presque 500€ et le vendeur ne respecte pas ses obligations légales de livraison de produit a l’adresse de la commande. Très douteux pour une entreprise. A fuir absolument.
In your reply you call loss of €500 ‘My concerns’? I paid €500 for you to tell me the package was delivered to the incorrect address to a person whose identity was never checked. The signature does not match either. When a customer says there was an issue with delivery, they should be listened to. This is an important message to all potential customers. If you have an issue with delivery, Reswipe will not accept any responsibility although they are legally obliged to.
Ps. Thank you very much for sharing my personal information in your reply. It demonstrates your complete disregard for consumer rights and data protection laws.

we ordered a red iphone 12 mini 128GB, a 5 star as new version.

It was shipped one day later than foreseen, but that's ok.

The phone looked brand new, not a single scratch. We did a full setup, used it whole day. everything works as it should.

The first iPhone 8 I bought from Reswipe stopped working altogether after a week. It was a problem with the motherboard of the phone, so it didn't turn on. The replacement iPhone I've received from Reswipe had its camera which didn't focus at all, and had a screen which didn't respond properly: the screen randomly clicked other portions of the screen instead of where I was clicking. Even though I was still eligible for a reimbursement, the seller at Reswipe didn't accept the refund.
Unfortunately, there's no telephone number for the client after sale service, and it's very slow to get an email response.
This bad experience makes me want to highly discourage others of buying their phone with Reswipe.
