3rd order for Office chairs from Retail Robin. The customer service department is easy to work with since our 2nd order came with a damaged chair at no fault of Retail Robin. Looks like UPS damaged the chair during shipping. They sent a chair overnight and resolved the issue quickly for us.

Found Retail Robin online offering the lowest price I could find on a specific pallet jack I was looking for. I had a few questions so I called Retail Robin and spoke to a wonderful sales person who was knowledgeable and very helpful in answering my questions, i had a bunch of questions. Once I was sure this was what I wanted the sales person helped me place the order and I received the pallet jack within 5 days. I would recommend Retail Robin to all parties looking to purchase items from their website and I have actually placed 5 additional orders since the first. If you want to be treated as a person and not a customer look no further than Retail Robin.

Cheapest around, friendly and HELPFUL staff. I order a lot of office supplies for my home business and they are the cheapest online for most of my needs. Even if they aren't the cheapest--I still order from them because I enjoy the effort they put into keeping me as a customer.

I ordered an fork lift accessory for the warehouse. The item wasn't in stock at the time, but they were the cheapest around. When I placed the order, I was pleasantly surprised to be notified that the item was in fact in stock, and that they would process the order and send it out in the next 48 hours. Great company, completely underestimated them.

I am a law office here in Los Angeles and we are always ordering office supplies. I contacted them because of there low prices. After working with them for furnishing my office I can tell you these people are amazing. Service is great and the follow up they did to ensure my products were delivered was awesome.
