I'm receiving an overwhelming number of…
I'm receiving an overwhelming number of subscription emails from one of their clients, and when I try to unsubscribe, I'm redirected to a login page at retainful.auth0dotcom/. This is quite frustrating because I expect the unsubscribe process to be immediate and not require any login credentials. I never created an account or received any credentials for this platform, so it's baffling that they're asking me to log in to unsubscribe. It should be a straightforward process without any unnecessary barriers!!!! so now I can't unsubscribe!!!! shame!

Wonderful company and very professional courteous service! I have had Retainful Plug-in on my WooCommerce site for a few years now. Retainful helps me recover abandoned carts by customers who may have wanted to buy something but could not complete their transactions for one reason or another. Retainful plug-in sends these customers emails with special exclusive offers and incentives and many of those customers do come back and complete their purchases. The best thing about those guys is the fact that they are responsive, helpful and very professional. They will be happy to remotely access your PC ( with your permission of course) and help you configure/program their software so it works perfectly with your site! Many companies would never do that but Retainful does. Very happy with them and would never consider changing them for another abandoned cart provider. Bravo Retainful
