kind customer service

I reached out to customer service due to an ill fitting item and the service team was more than helpful! not only were they kind and quick with replies but also very helpful in finding quicker remedies to my situation then a long return process! Yomi was incredibly kind in also trying to help me with the issue of a return fee <3

Very good at responding especialy…

Very good at responding especialy because the bathing suit I ordered came in the wrong color. Sent an e-mail and they hot back to me in the same Day and I'll get another one free.. Very happy with customer service. Thank you Yomi 💕 excellent service.

Love the style and the 100% cotton options!

I absolutely love the styles of this website! The clothing lays so nicely on the body but know that the quality, 100% cotton, tends to run a bit on the smaller side!

Yomi has been amazing with helping me get a replacement to size up! Definitely check out their clothing!

Great clothes

I bought two items, a beautiful jumper and bathing suit, both large, I ordered what I thought was my size in bathing suit but I haven’t worn one in a long time I got the wrong size, I reached out to customer service and the customer service agent Yomi took care of me and got replacement sent.

Yomi responded right away with great options for a return. I loved what I ordered but it wasn't quite fitting right. I don't like to make returns. This was an easy experience.

5 star customer service from Yomi!

I’ve ordered a couple of items on Retro Stage and have been really happy with the quality of the garments. The jumpsuit I ordered over Christmas was so popular that it sold out so I had to wait a couple of extra weeks to receive it however all the way through this period their Customer Service team helped manage my expectations and ensured I got my purchase. I also recently ordered a gorgeous bikini and when it arrived it was unfortunately too small so once again I’ve been working closely with Yomi from their Customer Service team to organise a return and I must say Yomi has been wonderful.
I can’t wait for my next purchase!

Long delivery and missing / bad quality items

The items ordered arrived 2 months after the estimated delivery date and there were items missing, the customer service is responding like an IA ignoring the relevant facts of your inquiry and taking ages to respond. Furthermore the items received are of low quality and full of little hints towards that (e.g. zippers falling of and not closing properly)

I ordered there once and will never order there again, you are better of paying a bit more at a real local shop

Edit: thank you for the response, but all my emails have been unanswered, hence my comment on this site

would give 0 stars.Bought 4 pieces before Xmas. Based on measurements given I was nervous buying the XS, but all 3 were WAY too large. they wouldn't refund, offered me $35 to keep the clothes. i sent at my expense the stuff back and they promised to refund to cc minus $10 bc of"exchange rate." it's almost April and no cc refund yet and 4th item never shipped even though I paid for it and they also won't refund that. had to go to CC and dispute.

Swimsuits

Got two swimsuits off here.. the smiley face on and the black and red one... I was nervous about the size but I am absolutely in love with them both! And they fit amazingly!

Cute!

The swim suit dress is so cute and seems like great quality. We got it a little big and Yomi in customer service had been super helpful so far in the exchange process! They are very responsive whe you ask for help as well :)

My experience

I ordered two things and thought they would sent together and that it would take awhile as one item was a preorder. They sent one part first and then the pre order, which was a very nice surprise.
The things arrived in a timely manner and I felt well informed.

They thing were the expected quality, which is not high but felt durable. Only complaint is that the belt with one of my orders was to slippery to stay put so I had to sew in a push button.

Pricing was also fair. The sizing chart was very helpful in ensuring I got the right fit for me

Absolutely phenomenal to work with. I ordered the wrong size by accident and the help to return it was top notch. I didn't have to wait days for a response it was within a day. I could not ask for better customer service.
