Placed an order for a handful of Sanwa joysticks for an arcade cabinet project. Quick shipping time, happy with the price and quality. Great experience overall. Nice to have a Canadian arcade parts supplier. Shipping from the United States is a costly endeavour, and most arcade replacement parts I find are located in the US.

I contacted Retro arcade after a lot of research into the best stand up arcade companies around. They not only had the best machines, but they have the best customer service. I asked many questions and even visited the store before I purchased my machine. All of my questions were answered quickly and with a lot information. My machine was customized to my specs and when it arrived it was packed to perfection. I have recommended this company to everyone I know who is even remotely thinking of buying their own personal arcade. I always wanted my own machine and now I have one....I may never leave my home again..!

We contacted this company from our vacation home, and then came to Edmonton to check their products out. Very impressed that they build all their own machines, and they are family owned using almost all Canadian components. Picked up a 2 gamer 5000 games!!, and will be returning next week to pick up a Daytona driving game. These people are our kind of people. Very down to earth. You will not be disappointed.

I'm really glad that I found Retroactive Arcade because not only that they are Canadian based, but they have an efficient ordering process: fast shipping, and good communication. Their website is also nice and they carry many items and at fair pricing too. This is my place to go for all my arcade supplies moving forward. I highly recommend them!

Product was in perfect shape and exactly what I ordered

I bought a 4-player cabinet from them after months of research. Everything was done onlien and over the phone to discuss options. They were helpful and patient and really seemed to care about my experience and the products they make.

The building and delivery process were top notch, with status updates and very quick responses to inquiries.

The unit itsef is amazing. It’s trully plug and play and just a wonder to behold. I really couldn’t be happier with it or with my pirchase experience and would highly recommend to anyone looking for an arcade machine.
