I have deposited multiple times. Then I go to withdraw and the first time it went through. Second time I tried to cash out the requested multiple verification things. Then still canceled my withdrawal and requested i proved more then they requested. Once I sent them the appropriate paperwork they requested I got an email saying my documents were not needed. This online casino is an absolute scam. I deposited $30 Cad by etransfer. I started playing black jack and won a few hundred dollars. I sent all of the documents, ID, bank info, live Pic etc. Only for these guys to decline every one of my withdrawal requests. They continued to ask me for information that I had provided many times. I never accepted any bonus so all of my winnings are real money. Once my winnings reached $5000 they suspended my account with no explanation. DO NOT use this site. Stick with a reputable site from Ontario.
Edit: Nice try with the response. I've given you the EXACT information that was required. You have since suspended my account with no explanation and I was sitting with over $5000 in winnings. Let me describe the mechanics of RetroBet as plainly as possible:
1. RetroBet allows players to place bets that allegedly violate their “bonus rules.”
2. The system applies no technical limits to prevent these bets.
3. No warning messages, no blocks, no pop-ups, no safeguards — nothing whatsoever to indicate a rule is being breached.
4. RetroBet gladly accepts every spin, every deposit, every wager, and every risk the player takes.
5. And then — only when a substantial withdrawal is requested — they retroactively invalidate the entire balance and confiscate the funds.
This is not enforcement.
This is entrapment.
In my case, after grinding through their wagering requirements and turning bonus funds into a 25,000 NOK balance, RetroBet suddenly decided that one or more of my bets were “too high.” They never prevented it, never warned me, and never indicated that any rule had been violated. Instead, they waited until the moment a payout request was made — and then seized over 23,300 NOK of my money.
A legitimate operator would void only the winnings from the specific offending bet.
RetroBet, however, opted to confiscate nearly everything — including funds completely disconnected from the alleged violation. This alone shows intent.
And here is where RetroBet truly exposes its own incompetence:
Money is not the issue.
I regularly gamble much larger amounts on licensed, reputable platforms without a second thought. If RetroBet had simply honored the withdrawal — or at the very least applied fair, consistent rules — I would likely have remained a customer.
Instead, they chose the short-sighted option: seize the money and hope the customer disappears quietly.
What they fail to understand is simple business logic:
A casino that mistreats customers does not create loyal customers. It creates whistleblowers.
A casino that steals from players does not gain returning players. It gains warnings posted publicly for others to see.
RetroBet chose to confiscate winnings instead of building trust.
They chose short-term profit over long-term growth.
They chose to treat players as expendable — and in doing so, they have demonstrated exactly why no serious gambler should ever deposit here.
If you value transparency, integrity, or even the basic expectation that rules will be enforced before you invest time and money — not after — stay far away from this platform.
RetroBet is not a casino.
RetroBet is a payout-denial engine wrapped in casino graphics.
Avoid this operator completely.

Reviews on this site seemed okay, so I decided to check it out. I didn’t bother completing the verification until after I had winnings to withdraw. The verification process was pretty standard to many other online casinos. Verification was approved minutes after I submitted my documents.
I made my withdrawal in the evening, and the money was in my account by 8:00 AM the next morning. I was very impressed. I played again last night. Was lucky enough to win again. Did another withdrawal in the evening and it was in my account again this morning.
