Unreliable and unprofessional. Does not follow-up on their engagements, have to call multiple times to obtain any information (status of order, tracking number), to ultimately receive something that doesn't work as it wasn't properly checked initially. Avoid its online offers at all costs.
Do not use this website. I ordered a game. After ordering, the invoice changed the game to a different one. I tried to contact them by email and there was no reply. The website then stated product had been sent. On tracking has been sent to wrong country and item never received!
Weirdest retroshop I've seen. Bought two games from them in the 26th, noticed in the 30th they hadn't shipped anything, asked for help and got no help about it, even though they replied to see what was going on, but then kept the radio silence until today.
Turns up they didn't have one game in stock and didn't want to admit it. 16,5€ for shipment to Europe is also expensive, everyone else, tradergames ships for 8, rushongame ships for 10, I have no idea what company they use to ship but it's real overpriced.
Ofc I had to get a refund because they would ship (they offered a 10€ voucher) but only if I ordered another game, which I didn't want anything else.
