Fraud, £500 down the drain. Ordered items to the UK, got a customs tax that I refused to pay. Revenge accepted to issue a refund but told me to wait 3 months until the items get back to their facilities. This was simply to make me wait until the chargeback period is over. After that they simply ignore my emails. I sent them 7 differnet emails with no response. Thieves.

I ordered a Renaissance Embroided Hoodie from the latest drop. Because I live in Germany, I got charged 50€ for delivery (f*ing unbelievable), because the company send it from the US. I paid a total of 160€ with credit Card... They deducted the money instanly and delivery time was approx. 30 Days (also unbelievable). After all the waiting, the Hoodie arrived via DHL, but the Parcel courier told me, that they printed on the delivery note, that payment should be made on a last name basis (i.e. pay in cash to the courier). That means that I had to pay DOUBLE the price. I denied the delivery, and the courier took it, to send it back to the company. NEVER again am I going to buy something off that store. Pure scammers

I order a hoodie for 100 dollars with priority shipping so about 14 dollars in shipping and the hoodie was marked delivered but never received it. Before the hoodie was sent out for shipping I ordered 2 shirts as a Christmas gift and who woulda guessed it they were marked as delivered as well so 200 dollars wasted. I reached out to the company and they passed blame even though it’s pretty convenient that the only orders I’ve ever not gotten in 5 years were from the same company in a 2 week span of time. The proceeded to never reply to my emails again.

The owner "Han" Allen Cao is an illegal immigrant and needs to be deported. His business practices are illegal here. Someone call ICE on this place.

I bought 2 hoodies and 1 tshirt plus the 60 euro for the delivery total was 300,-. :( fist they said it will arrive in 5/10 days then they said in the mail that it will come in 10/15 days and now 10/20 its been 1 month and a half and i still have not my things. I wrote 2 emails but no responses.

I ordered a tshirt for 70$+30$ for global shipping on may 28th, I'm still waiting and i think I won't get it. I wrote 3 emails to the customer support service 0 answers. It was stated that it should take 10-20days max..2 months later DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Shipping took forever and garment arrived defective. Total scam. Do not buy.

I bought a knitted sweater on the 25th of December and I'm still waiting for the sweater! they don't answer their mail at all, it's incredibly bad service! i have spent 120$ and have not received anything at all! I haven't gotten any money back either!

Ordered two $88 hoodies on 25th Nov + $74 delivery, One item refunded on 17th Dec due to not having in stock, other item still not delivered and it's currently 7th Jan. Just got letter in post saying i have to pay an additional $82 import/customs charges. $152 delivery for a $88 hoodie, no tracking, no communication and 6+ weeks delivery time. Never ordering from this company again, If you're from UK don't even waste your time on this company.

Made two orders back in November, one order was one hoodie, the other order was two hoodies. I emailed supported the next day asking to cancel the order of the one hoodie. Its now January and still no response, the one hoodie was delivered a couple of weeks ago, they refunded one of the hoodies from the other order because they no longer have any in stock, depite accepting my order and taking my money for weeks. Still waiting on the other hoodie, no tracking, no communication. Dont even get me started on the delivery charges, $125 delilvery for the two orders combined yet no tracking and you can be waiting months.

Legit just a scam, won’t send you your items or a refund and custom service just does not exist. Very disappointing.

I ordered some stuff as gifts on Black Friday. I got a confirmation email but still no tracking number nor shipping update. One item says refunded but I never got any money. I’ve sent 6 messages over the last 2 weeks and nobody has answered to help me. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Will likely never order anything from them again.

A person's character dictates how a brand is perceived. And Allen Cao is a racist, misogynistic, callous pig. One of the folks behind Revenge Clothing, this person harasses those he thinks has less money than him, encourages people to kill themselves, and worse to inflate his own sense of self-worth. Do not buy from this brand - you don't want to financially support someone like Allen Cao. If you believe in human decency, stay away from this place.

Absolutely, 100% dreadful customer "service". The worst company I have ever come across. No communication whatsoever. Zero. I feel sorry for young people who are buying from them, they might have the impression that this sort of treatment is normal, but well, it is not. I ordered a hoodie and t-shirt for my son and paid 40 dollars for shipping to the UK. Four!!! weeks after I got a robotic email - "no hoodie, here is your refund for a hoodie". No apology, no explanation, nothing. So now I might (only might, I did not receive it yet - about four weeks wait) receive a t-shirt which cost 38 dollars and 40 dollars shipping! I would never order a t-shirt for 38 if I have to pay 40 for delivery! I emailed back btw, demanding a full refund and they can keep their @ffing t-shirt... No answer. I think we will stay with traditional big labels in future, at least they have some dignity and never let you down. P.S. Sorry for not having perfect English, I am a foreigner.

I ordered items several months ago worth over £100, they never arrived and were reported to me by FedEx as lost, due to the shipper failing to provide information. I contacted RevengeOfficial's customer support on several occasions and never received so much as a response, let alone a refund. Very disappointed. Don't risk losing your money.

They’ll happily take your $88+shipping for a hoodie and just send you a slip of paper saying sorry and a pair of socks.
