Scam. Avoid

Same bad experience as the others.
Product ordered in december but never received.
They just are stealing your money.
What can we do to stop this for others?

Scam!

I ordered a bio ethanol fire got confirmation got a tracking number and then nothing chased and chased and then the website went down!

SCAM AVOID - Item NOT received despite taking the money, order confirmation, despatch confirmation, no further updates or response to emails and website is now shutdown.

I have never received the product, no tracking number was provided, my bank account was charged. Their internet site is currently shut down and the company doesn’t respond to my emails. A very frustrating experience.

Stay away from this company. They are scammers who have no intention of providing you with a product. They will send you a fake tracking number on day of purchase which will of course not make any progress and will state ‘no delivery information available’. They ignore all your email and filling out their contact forms. Eventually their ‘tracking number’ will disappear and the page will no longer exist. Basically they steal your money. Website looks very professional and glossy but don’t be fooled. I have reported them and awaiting an outcome.

Complete scam. Once ordered you get emails saying being dispatched but the company does not respond when chased and nothing arrives. There is a Facebook page dedicated to customers that have been scammed.
