Please DO NOT sign up for this. I have been charged £30 every three months after repeatedly cancelling by email and filling in their cancellation form, they never ever reply back. I am so cross, i will now go through my bank to cancel, do not be fooled by the flash teacher led website they are playing on our "want to do the best for our kids" attitude and fleecing us! I wish I'd read these bad reviews before taking the plunge in an effort to help my lad with his 11plus. this has turned out to be a very bad decision.

Signed up for the app, money taken and order acknowledged. I was promised membership details and instructions on how to access online revision tools would follow, via email, in 5 minutes. That was nearly three weeks ago. Emails to company just lead to an automated response, informing me customer service will get back in touch within 72 hours - that was approx. 430 hours ago. We have no access and are £29.99 down. Have contacted my bank, who will get the money back, for non delivery, and ensure no further monies are taken. Strange how all positive reviews were left over a two day period,

Do not use. We were never given code to access the videos tried to cancel as this was a 3 monthly payment they never responded . I have had to cancel account to stop them

Beware signing up to this service. We received no access code after submitting credit card details, so sent them an email telling them we didn't wish to proceed. We received by return an email with a cancellation link, which we followed. However, they continued to charge our credit card for the next 4 months. After sending another email, we were sent the same cancellation link, as if it were automated. We had to terminate the card.

Avoid this App with a bargepole. They take your money and do not send you the code, the videos are terrible and they refuse to cancel your membership !!!!!

They keep ignoring repeated requests for cancellation despite going through their cancellation procedure month after month and having contacted the credit card company who claim they are unable to stop them. It appears others have had the same terrible experience. I have received a new credit card but they continue to debit. They have no customer support link that works and no contact telephone number! That alone should have been a signal! This website is a swindle. Do NOT touch them. I shall be reporting them to the Ombudsman as their 'no hassle no fuss cancellation policy' is completely and utterly untrue. Ignore any good reviews. They are totally untrustworthy!

This company advertises 24 hour parental support which is not the case and the customer service is very poor. We could not log immediately as they promised and had to wait for new log on. The voice used in videos is monotonous, the AQA past exam links we tried are broken and they do not respond to e-mails. I should be refunded but I would be happy if I just thought they would cancel my subscription but they have not acknowledged my various emails. Very disappointed indeed.

The Revision App company has nearly zero customer support. There is no phone number to call. Emails to the customer service unit is unanswered for weeks on end. I bought a GCSE revision, but Instead of this, I was given access to an 11+ Revision menu. Wrote several emails to request for a correction, but not a single response. The only thing this company does effectively is to debit your account for £19.99 promptly every month! Even when you give a cancellation notice, it goes unacknowledged, and you will be billed.

If it is well managed, this could be a really helpful service, but until the customer service aspect is sorted out and well managed, IT IS BEST TO AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I cancelled the app after a month as exams were over for my daughter. I followed the correct procedure but then later found that they'd ignored my cancellation request and charged my credit card for another month. I raised a ticket for them to contact me by email within 3 working days but it hasn't happened. There's no phone number so am faced now with cancelling my credit card before they charge me again. This app is OK for a one off but not worth £19.99/month.

Big mistake signing up to use this app. My son found it lacking and I found it near impossible to cancel... still haven't as of yet. They taken money from my account, ignored cancellation requests and I've had to call my banks disputes team to sort out. There's no contact number. Very annoyed and disappointed. If no star was available that is what I'd give.

Really enjoyed working with this tool. It was fun and clear and easy to use. I found it interested and engaged my son and it is something that I am sure we will use again and again.

So happy with the customer care. Really helped me understand what I was getting. Love the videos, very pleased.

Easy to follow and very focussed. Being able to track my daughters progress is also great. Its perfect for allowing her to learn at her own pace through the variety of activities. A great confidence and skill booster.

well worth the money was skeptical at first about online revision but it's fantastic, my son prefers it to books now. It's great.

Does what it says on the tin. Made my son really excel. I noticed the difference in his work very quickly. Defo recommended.

I never realised how helpful past papers can be. My son found them extremely helpful and loves to prepare for exams with them.

The 11+ examinations are exceptionally competitive these days and ensuring that your child excels in them is no easy task. However, with this app, I feel so much more confident that my daughter will ace every exam. It covers all the essential content in an easy to use format and keeps tabs on her results so I can monitor her progress. Moreover, she finds it extremely fun due to its simple layout and competitive element. Therefore, she actually WANTS to revise! It’s definitely a win-win situation for me as a parent and I would recommend this app to anyone that wants 11+ success!

I like how the interface is simple and straight forward. All the tools needed is all at my children finger tips, which is very useful. I like the neutral colours very easy on the eyes. I like how if my children get's a question wrong the correct answer is highlighted, which i think is nifty. The student progress is a nice touch too, it's nice to know my child can monitor their progress as they revise. All in all a nice interactive way of revising. I recommend this to any parent for their child.
