Sat/nav cd player in my car suddenly stopped working after changing the car battery' luckily I came across revtronic while searching for another sat/nav cd player so I got in touch with them and sent my sat/nav off for them to look at it. 2 days later I had it back and fully working again. Called first and was given good advice. Turnaround was excellent, i sent on Tuesday morning and received the instrument cluster back on Thursday lunchtime. All working, mileage as sent. Top draw!

Took my display to the Post Office on Monday afternoon. Got it back before 1pm Wednesday.
Less than 48 hour total turnaround. Unbelievable service.

Resolved the issue, unfortunately on the 2nd attempt, but all now sorted and the company did everything to help resolve the issue.

I have no car electronic experience and had a failed part on a 2012 Mini. I was given an option of replacing the part through the main dealer at a cost of around £400 plus an hourly rate to remap and fit, which was outside of my range, so i had a quick Google and found Revtronic. I raised the request on a Sunday afternoon, and managed to get the part packaged up and posted on the Monday. Whilst at work on the Tuesday I received an E-Mail saying that the repair had been completed and was being prepped to be returned. I assumed this was simply a reference to my order and not the actual work itself, so i rang them up to make sure. I was told that the part had been received that morning, the work completed and it really was indeed heading back to me. I received the part today and have refitted it and the car is now back to normal again. I am thrilled that companies like this still exist and can work to this level of customer satisfaction. If I could I would give them more than 5 stars, great service and superb turnaround.

I sent them my Peugeot 107 instrument cluster to repair because one of the indicator LED's wasn't blinking. I wasn't sure whether to trust them or not seeing as they were the cheapest I could find, but I was pleasantly surprised. They were able to fix and dispatch on the same day they received my parcel, very impressed. They also shipped it back to me for free. Highly recommend. Thanks!

Indicator lights on Aygo dash not working. From tracking I knew what time it arrived and it was on its way back to me within 4hrs of it arriving with them. Sent back by 24hr post so minimum time of being without my vehicle and the repair works perfectly.

EXCELLENT Service and very fast. Posted the instrument cluster (VW Fox) to Revtronic, by Royal Mail 24hr tracked mail, on Friday and it was repaired, sent back and installed in the car again the following Tuesday.
Work perfectly.

Outstanding! The LED’s in my Skoda Octavia’s Rev counter and Speedo stopped working, I found Revtronic on google and their website was very easy to navigate and found the repair package I needed straight away. I posted the unit from Portsmouth on the Tuesday and received it back on the Thursday! These guys are amazing. I can’t recommend them highly enough! Cheers gents.

Revtronic repaired my Vectra C instrument cluster four months ago . Other companies offered a similar service for three times the cost and taking twice as long . So you wonder whether you're right to go for the cheaper option , how long will the repair last . Since I refitted the cluster after Revtronic's excellent super-fast service it's never missed a beat , and I suspect it never would . But I won't know because the Vectra gets scrapped tomorrow . Worst car I ever had .
So , four months , okay it's not two years and I'll never know if it would have lasted that long . I only know that if anything goes wrong with any car I own , and it's something Revtronic can fix , they'll get the job .
