I received the wrong item than the one…

I received the wrong item than the one I ordered. I received a clear windshield for my ducati, but ordered a black windshield. I rectified the situation by driving an hour to the cycle gear store but it took time to do this.

Always a pleasant experience shopping with Revzilla.

Awful shipping time

Awful shipping time! I purchased a pair of boots on November 12 and they weren't shipped until November 25! Of course, received them one day later...but why the delay of sending them out.

Poor Quality—Expected More

Unfortunately, there was inadequate quality control on the helmet I received. The visor mechanism felt cheap and brittle right out of the box, and the interior padding was loose. This purchase was very disappointing considering the brand's reputation and RevZilla's typical standards. I would suggest considering alternative options.
