Really Good but I wish their Visa cards worked in apple pay for costco in the us. Also I wish you could reload you card right thru rewarble. But other than that it works really well.

It sounds like this may be related to our newer card program (Suna Mastercard), where some features are still being improved. At the moment, balance and transaction history may not display correctly in the dashboard, which can be confusing. However, transactions should still go through as long as there are sufficient funds available on the card.

Please also note that a small fee is charged per transaction attempt, even if the payment is declined - this is part of how the card program currently operates and is communicated on our website during the card creation process.

They reply on Trustpilot, but ignore support emails!

It has now been 15 days and I have still not been refunded for the QETA card that does not work.

In their reply here on Trustpilot they claim that refunds were initiated for affected balances and ask customers to email support so they can review the case. I did exactly that. I emailed them with all the requested details.

No response. No refund. Nothing.

So while their public response here sounds helpful, my actual experience has been the opposite. They reply on Trustpilot telling people to contact support, but support simply ignores the emails.

At this point it honestly feels like the Trustpilot responses are just damage control to make it look like they care, while customers are still left waiting with unusable cards and no refund.

I’m still out the money I paid for a card that never worked.

All missing refunds related to the blocked QETA cards were processed on March 19, 2026. Due to the high volume of affected cards, the card issuer required additional time to handle and issue all refunds, which may result in delays depending on your bank or payment provider. In some cases, refunds to recently deactivated cards may still be processed within a certain window before the card is fully closed - this is something we are actively monitoring with the issuer.

We also sincerely apologize if you did not receive a response to your email - this is not intentional, and we understand how this may come across.

Please reach out to us again at support@rewarble.com (you can reference this review), and we will make sure your case is reviewed as a priority, investigated further, and escalated with the card issuer if needed. We will also ensure a compensation gesture is provided for the inconvenience.

Each case can be different, but in many situations transactions are declined due to security checks performed by merchants or the issuing bank. This may include things like unsupported 3D Secure (3DS), region mismatches, restricted or high-risk merchant categories, or unusual activity flagged for security reasons. In some cases, repeated declines can also lead to temporary card restrictions.

We also recommend ensuring the card is activated, has sufficient balance, and that all details (card number, expiry date, CVV, billing info) are entered correctly before attempting a payment.

There are a few common reasons why a crypto payout may not go through. For accounts registered in Europe, crypto withdrawals are currently unavailable due to regulatory requirements. We’re also aware of a technical issue where the minimum withdrawal amount may be displayed incorrectly (the correct minimum is $10 for most assets and higher for BTC).

In some cases, issues can also occur if an incorrect wallet address is entered. Unfortunately, crypto transactions sent to the wrong wallet cannot be reversed or recovered by us. If the wallet belongs to a service provider (such as an exchange like Binance), we recommend contacting them directly with the transaction details, as they may be able to assist.

Scam. Resolved.

Scam.
I bought a virtual card, when I tried to use it it got blocked by the bank immediately.
Since 2 weeks I am waiting for the money from the card to show up in my rewarble account. I wrote 3 tickets now. Absolutely horrible experience. Give me my money back now.

News:
After exactly one month I got the money back, which I transfered to my paypal account, losing more money because they added a fee for that transaction as well. Not recommended!

We completely understand how frustrating this must have been - especially having to wait and follow up multiple times.

The card being blocked can happen for a few reasons on the provider’s side, such as multiple declined attempts in a short time, mismatched billing details, or transactions flagged as high-risk (for example due to restricted merchant categories or blocked merchants). Unfortunately, these are restrictions set by the payment provider and cannot be overridden from our side.

At the same time, this situation was further impacted by the fact that several card programs were recently discontinued by the card issuer. This led to a high volume of refunds that needed to be processed by the payment provider, which is why the originally communicated timeframe of 14–21 days was exceeded.

That said, we’re glad to hear that your funds were ultimately returned. Regarding the fee you mentioned, this is applied by the payment provider when transferring funds (e.g. to PayPal), and is outside of our control.

We always aim to provide a smooth and reliable experience, and we truly appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve both our processes and communication.
