I had an ordered the wrong voucher (my mistake). The call centre was easy to get in touch with and within a day a refund was arranged. The team went out of their way to help, which was really appreciated!

Superb Customer Service.

After making a huge error to the tune of £414, the money is going to be refunded back onto my card. I bought a card to purchase a bed for my grandsons, from a national chain, only to discover that when I tried to pay, it was one of their verified sellers and not the company themselves and the card was not redeemable on this occasion. One quick email on Friday night and a response on Monday with the details of the refund. I can not fault them at all. First Class Service. Thank you.

I had great help from Lin and Lazar in arranging for the return of an expiry fee when one of my cards had expired and I had not managed to transfer my balance before the deadline. Both were courteous and acted promptly to resolve the issue.

It was very easy to navigate and choose what I wanted.

Amazing service. I have made significant savings using the digital vouchers over the last few months. The Engage platform is extremely easy to use and I love the customer service on offer. Regardless of the time, I can engage with someone and a quick resolution is offered when issues emerge. They are an example to other firms.

The selection of gift cards does not include Amzon.

The website is easy enough to use BUT although you can get vouchers for different places you HAVE to spend all your vouchers in one checkout, so had to figure out what to get to total £150 all at once. Have used other systems where you can get £20 of something one month, £50 somewhere else the next. This does not work that way.

Easy to use and a good range of shops

I used to be a client of Reward Gateway. The only reason we no longer use them is because I moved companies, but I would still recommend them without hesitation 👍

They were genuinely great to work with. The platform itself is really straightforward and easy to use, and it made recognising and rewarding staff feel simple but actually worthwhile 🎉 There’s plenty of choice and flexibility too, so it never felt stale or repetitive for employees.

What really stood out was the support. The team were always responsive, helpful and easy to deal with 👏 Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. It didn’t feel like one of those systems you just get left to figure out on your own, as there was always proper support behind it.

Even now, I would happily point other organisations in their direction. If you are looking for a solid and reliable way to boost engagement and show your people they are valued & appreciated, Reward Gateway is well worth considering ⭐
