This review is for the online ordering and delivery service.
This review is for their delivery service when you order online through 'shop.rewe.de'. I have ordered with them 10 times, and this is the 2nd time that the products were not delivered to me, without giving me any notice or warning. In fact their app and web page kept showing me a message saying that the order will be delivered to me. Any service in which 20% of times you don't receive the end product, is a bad, and untrustworthy service, and if you don't even get a warning, it is also an unprofessional service.

I really enjoy shopping at this REWE store in Rohrbach (85296). Every time I walk in, I’m greeted by beautifully arranged flowers at the entrance, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The bakery offers great selections, and the products always appear fresh, high-quality, and well-organized. This is my favorite REWE!
