Complete scam.
Saw an ad on Instagram, I believe. Aesthetics in the shop were fantastic, and I was tempted by the $5 off after following them on Facebook. No reviews online--despite a somewhat legitimate look to the shop; they accepted PayPal though--so, you know, I wasn't worried for a moment.
About a week after money was taken from my account and the order was 'processed', still no order update or tracking number. Emailed three times and got a undeliverable to support email. Emailed support and didn't receive an answer. Went on Facebook again and found out that two other people who had ordered around the same time were also waiting for their orders and couldn't get hold of any person representing the company. Both started PayPal disputes, and I followed suit.
Never got an answer from Rewind. I escalated to a claim and finally got my money back via PayPal a few weeks after placing the order...
Maybe they used to be legitimate. For how, most of their site has become unintelligible, with contact information linking to Unero and other possible scam shops from London to New York to Brussels if their own location maps say anything.
Disappointed that the website hasn't been taken down by this point, what with it not fulfilling orders or responding.
