I would like to give 0 stars. Complete scam, items advertised as 'cotton blend' are 100% cheap synthetic material, don't fit, are nothing like the pictures. They won't give me details to return the items. Awful. DO NOT BUY.

really wish I'd seen these reviews before being ripped off by Rexitt..!!
I ordered 3 items and spent over €100 received them all ok, but the quality is awful, really cheap would never wear them. There's no return info inside the package so contacted them and kept getting an auto email that said your package is on it's way, which wasn't my complaint. Finally got one back saying I could have a €5 refund, that went up to €10 when i replied back, after about more replies, i'm now seeking further action. DO NOT ORDER FROM REXITT

DO NOT buy! This is from China and it takes months to get it. Cannot contact no one for status. They give you a refund that is not what you paid for when items is not available. Finally received the dresses order and the quality of the fabric is so thin and cheap. Facebook Ads are the worst.

Terrible. Quality of material is poor and dresses appear different than website. Asked to return items after not being satisfied with the 5 dresses i purchased and customer service informed me...

"We are sorry that our clothes didn't meet your expectation. But we can only accept the return and make the refund for quality problems (for example: holes, stains, missing accessories, etc.)"

When website cleary states..
" If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you return your new and unworn item(s)."

And after multiple emails back and forth finally offered me $20 compensation.

Absolutely horrible!!! Feel completely scammed! The dresses I ordered did not fit and are so cheaply made. Trying to return them. They are asking for pictures?? Saying will only take returns if damaged? There was no order slip in the package. Beyond horrible merchandise and scam of a company! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

This company is a joke! 😂 luckily I was already expecting the worse after purchasing. ALWAYS read reviews and make sure it’s a legit company before proceeding with your purchase! Who cares, it was fun to try on funny cloths, but still 😂

their sizes run very small. They have no customer service. If you send an email inquiring where your order is they don't answer. It took 6 weeks to receive my order. It was too small. They don't respond to exchange. Will never order from them again. Likely located in China. You get what you pay for right...very cheap quality. Beware

Terrible quality, poor fit, dire communication and a policy of no returns if items don’t fit.
Although I take full responsibility as I should have checked out where the clothing was made beforehand, and in all likelihood should not have bought it from an ethical point of view.

I bought 2 dresses from this company. When they arrived they are very poor quality material and despite using the size guide when I ordered them, they don’t even come close to fitting - much too small on the bust. Now they will not tell me how to go about getting a refund, they just don’t answer my questions. Having read the other reviews I now see that I’m far from alone in this experience. I can’t believe that the positive reviews on here are genuine - they were all posted on the same day - looks like they’ve got friends and family doing damage limitation! In short - don’t buy from them, you’ll be very disappointed and out of pocket.

I am having real problems returning the items I ordered.....they are not the fabric that was stated on the website and the fit is poor.

No receipt or returns form was included in the package.

This company is a Scam. They take your money and run. In the process of reporting them to the appropriate authorities for further investigation! Their clothes are garbage.

Do nit go near this bogus company after I realised my order was in no way going to be delivered as advertised for my holiday I contacted them and said I wanted a refund was told some of the order had not been made so therefore should be advertised as out of stock and that delivery date was due to covid although they do not warn of this when giving shipping dates after numerous request for refund I then recieved a email that they have been shipped an order that is 3 weeks late and of no use to me .Recieved today obviously a scam website all items made of cheap polyester cheaply finished and in no way of the quality you assume as shown on website .All sizes our odd for 180pound in sale the value of clothing is at most 20 pound a absolute disgrace if you want cheap clothes order off chinese site were you get what you pay for not this which is a Chinese site fraudantly trying to pass off as selling clothing of good quality or even better go to primark a absolute con

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are located in China and WILL NOT work with you when the items do not fit. I ordered 2 dresses from a Facebook ad I saw: a green baby doll dress and a navy blue “embroidered” tunic dress. The dresses were cheaply made — very light material like rayon — and the dresses ARE NOT TRUE TO SIZE. The dresses DO NOT FIT. I ordered a size Large in both dresses. The green baby doll dress is so huge it fits like an XXL. The navy blue dress, even though I ordered a Large, fits like XS.

This Chinese company uses pictures of models wearing well-made clothes and then knocks them off using cheap, ill-fitting, printed material. No cotton fabric. All cheap rayon fabric. The "embroidered" dress I ordered wasn't embroidered at all.... it was printed on the dress. Don't believe the pictures on their website.

When I contacted the company about sending them back for a refund they asked me to send them a picture of the dresses (weird, right?!). I did. I received this response tonight:

“Dear customer: Hello, we have checked the photos. The photos you provided did not show quality issues, such as holes, stains, etc. We cannot refund for non-quality issues.”

I am now out $84. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are DECEITFUL and DISHONEST.

And all of this after waiting 6 weeks for my package to arrive. Expensive lesson. Only buy from reputable clothing companies like Loft, Old Navy, Amazon , etc.

I was beyond disappointed and frankly appalled with the way that this company handled their customer service. I received a few clothing items that not only felt cheap, but also did not fit. I emailed them indicating that the items did not fit and that I would like a refund. They refused to give me a refund due to the fact that their return policy does does accept items for sizing differences despite the fact that also within their return policy in the first paragraph, it states if the customer is not 100% satisfied, they will gladly help return new and unworn items. When I initially emailed them indicating that I wanted to return the item, they asked why and added that I needed to send pictures for proof. I have never had a company not refund me for items nor have a ridiculous is return policy. How am I supposed to know if the item fits or not if I can’t try it on physically before purchasing? This place is a complete scam. Do not buy from them!

My dress never showed up. They stole my money. Don’t get scammed. Lesson learned the hard way. So much for Instagram ads, too...

I should have known better, as the prices were “too good to be true.” As other reviewers have mentioned, the fabrics are cheap polyester and the texture and drape of them does not match the advertised images. Design elements that look like pintucks and embroidery in the website images are just printed on the cheap fabric. And none of the garments I received have tags listing fiber content, country of origin, care recommendations, etc, even though such labels are required for garments sold in the US.

Currently trying to return the three pieces I ordered but they are giving me the run-around. They have deleted two negative comments I left on their FB ad and now have disabled comments entirely.

Another SCAM website. Dress I ordered was represented as cotton and was polyester. Total garbage. I got sucked in by misleading or stolen photos from an Instagram add. Lesson learned! Never again! Don't buy from here. It will take 2 months to receive an imitation dress worth $5.

TERRIBLE wish I knew about Trust Pilot. Do not believe any positive reviews. I was taken in by the lovely photos on their website that came up on my Facebook feed. I thought I was buying embroidered cotton. Ended up with cheap printed polyester crap. DO NOT BUY don't be fooled like I was.

SCAM ALERT: do NOT order from this website. They took my money and, although I was promised a 90% refund, I never received it. They are flat-out criminals.
