Buyer beware
I have not been disappointed enough to blast a company online, but here is the first. RFPmart is basically a scam - the premise is that you pay a fee and they will send you a RFP/RFQ so you can look at it prior to committing to paying a bigger fee to the major platform owners to participate in the bid.
The problem is that they actually don't have any RFP/RFQs. All they have is the public information that you can readily access for free. Presumably, if you know about a RFP to want to take a look at it, you know where the original platform is, so there is no purpose for what they do.
So I bought a RFP and when I was sent a PDF with no real information, I complained. They pointed me towards some "agreement" where it not-so clearly states they will be providing you with no information. Total scam, stay away.
