Hi David
Thank you for your feedback.
I am very sorry that both you and your partner have had a bad experience with our communication and our offer. And we'm really sorry we can not move on the date you want.
As it is the last of the month, we are unfortunately really busy and you have been informed of this in both of your inquiries.
We have spent a long time making the relocation offers for you, and can understand that what you are dissatisfied with is that there is a difference between a flexible date or a fixed date.
Unfortunately, we did not get the opportunity to move for you, so unfortunately we could not give you that experience.
I hope you got help from elsewhere and the move went well.
Have a nice day.
Yours sincerely
Belinda Nielsen

Absolutely recommend!
Great experience! They came over to see what needed to be moved and gave us a fixed offer. Since at the end we decided not to move one of the biggest cabinets, they made sure to reflect that in the price.
They sent 4 people in total, with 2 big vans and took everything in one go.
They arrived on time and were really great. Everything was transported safely and we were given enough boxes and wrapping paper for everything.
By 13h everything was already in the new house and all furniture was ready to be put in place, so we had ample time to start unpacking things without too much stress.
Absolutely no complaints and would recommend them to everyone. Money well spent!

Family move in CPH: 5 stars service
We used HR-Flyt services for a private move in Copenhagen, they came on time to see the place and prepare the quote and this was provided later in the same day. We asked for another 2 and this was the best one and the professional feeling made the trigger to hire them.
The move was very smooth and the team was very agile and took very good care of our stuff.
