Bad experience don’t buy anything from Rhino they show metal case in there videos and sent only sticker

Third rated company. Don't buy don't trust them. Report them. They don't ship the product and customers service just doesn't exist with the . Same as most North indian companies run a scam online showing good videos and product literally doesn't exist and just loss of money time and energy.

Do not take any product of this company that is Fraud.and scam company not responding any customer service kindly don’t purchase any products through Rhino accessories local quality, local service, local product, please let all India customer. This is totally fraud scam.

Absolutely shocking parts don’t fit parts break constantly cheap plastics and list goes on how these guys sell such shoddy gear is beyond me personally would never use them

bought rhino brackets that fitted perfect to my rhino rails and rhino tubes . easy to fit.

I had a worst expeirence with them.

I have order something and same order got cancelled after 10 days. On reaching to customer support they are not even responding on email, whtsapp and over Calls.

Horrible experience and worst customer support team. I received an incorrect product falsely advertised. Upon reaching out to customer support, they were never bothered to respond. Im not sure if they even understand the language/how to respond. Ive attempted to reach several times and they never respond. Biggest scam and im convinced that their rating is based off paid reviewers. Dont fall for this fake and scam company. Rot in hell for scamming people!

Reaponse for replacement/refund is tra poor. Moreover you cant call them anywhere and you are at their merxy. Paid whopping 1250 for a case. Now struggling to get a proper response for a damaged product received

Ordered a Rhino pipe tube last week. DX tracking shows it travelling the country. Still not had it. Left a message for Vanarack but no response.

bad product.. and the product was broken and no one replies to your mail.. When requesting return one mail came by that’s it.. after that nothing.. Should prefer to buy from a local store
