The wrong amounts for the equipment wee…

The wrong amounts for the equipment wee listed on the shipping invoice. So we're charged twice the value of the equipment in fees from customs because of the incorrect values. Customs considered it a deliberate attempt to avoid custom fees.

Usually, if there are any questions about a commercial invoice, DHL will contact us directly where we can provide them with further information or make amendments if necessary, however this typically happens prior to delivering to the customer. Everything is good quality however…

Everything is good quality however might need to be more responsive as the ball pump stated that it should come with a needle to actually pump the ball however it didn't checked all over called and emailed with no response so i had to go out and buy a needle which is no problem just inconvenient if it weren't for the needle not coming with it it would be a 5 stars everything perfect just the needle lets it down, i think in the middle of 3 and 4 stars so 3.5 starts. Thanks

FedEx are awful and let Rhino down

Really happy with everything except FedEx. Their tracking system is appalling so I had to wait in for them, which I did three times in total because the first two they said that I didn’t answer the door. Ditch Fed Ex if you want to improve your service.
