We have 2 of their radiators we purchased a couple of years ago. I've been meaning to pick up some other items and see the last review here was June this year. The websites now down and I'm trying to workout if they have closed down, or rebranded without forwarding changes. I'm posting here in case they still monitor this.

Fantastic service, no messing around, delivery when it said it would be. Impressed, will definitely use again.

It’s a long time since we’ve experienced a level of customer service that is so high.
We last placed an order with rhino rails in 2017. Grant took the time to look out our order and helped us with various issues with our new order. He went out of his way to help - what more can you ask for from a company?
They’re lovely to deal with and the products are great.

Good price and personal service.
There was a slight delay on the order but they called immediately to offer refund or to hold for the new date which I decided to do, then a further update to advise of dispatch so have been very happy with communication.

Brilliant customer service and prompt delivery. Even though there was a mix up in the radiator colour, the correct item arrived the next day. In the end I had to return my radiator purchase due to individual circumstances, Grant was very helpful all the way. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Great price, speedy delivery but best of all two items were ordered incorrectly because of a mistake by me and a correct replacement was sent out the same day following a very quick email exchange. Terrific service

The towel rail is high quality stainless steel and has totally rejuvenated our bathroom. We were delighted with the price for this high quality rail.

I have used Rhinorails a couple of times in the past and this time as always I got quick delivery and good prices. When I contacted them with a query I got an instant answer. As a bonus they also support the Save the Rhino anti poaching initiative.

shame about the payment muddles with barclays and then non delivery on time but great guy to deal with and offered a discount yes would use again great product

Delivery was quick, price was good, and really pleased with the radiator.

This is a quality bit of kit, only slight grumble would be lack of tools required list but the company were great at supporting me. Would recommend.
