Paid for express shipping as I needed something urgently. Due to a 'system error' it was only processed several days later, and only found out when I probed them myself. They offered to graciously refund the express shipping, I accepted. They didn't do it. Emailed them again asking if they could do it as promised. Been several weeks and they've not done it.

On a separate note their exercise books are also substandard. Irritatingly, black biro pens look washed out and pale on the pages whereas the same pen look dark black and smooth on Hamelin books.

Thieves. Order didnt arrive. No contact number.

I bought 2 scrap books to tidy up memorabilia and they do 'What it says on the Tin'. Cut stuff up and stick it in.
