Excellent service and the kefir is as good as I remember - pure, clean, coconut taste and perfect texture without any of the starches or fillers often found in other brands.

I've started taking the organic Life Shot 200, 30 day course. It tastes lovely! The hardest thing is not to have another and another. I tried my best, but the first lot didn't quite last 3 weeks. Oops! Never mind, they have more, so I bought more!

Before I bought the first lot I was trying to find a way to improve my gut flora in both quantity and diversity. When it comes to quantity, despite probiotic capsules increasing their billions almost month on month, nothing comes close to the 200 billion in this, what more can I say? That’s the most I’ve even seen in any probiotic product, and the best bit is Life Shots are full of live bacteria, not freeze-dried.

When I looked into diversity, even the capsules that claim to have 15 strains, actually have 80% of one strain and a small amount of the rest. I didn’t really consider that to be natural diversity, and the final clincher for me was my last purchase of almost £100 on the best probiotic capsules I could find, and the fact they made no noticeable difference at all.

So when I found Life Shots, there wasn’t much convincing to be done, and now I’ve tried it, I'm very pleased.

The ordering process is very smooth, next day, with plenty of notifications from FedEx to tell you it's on the way, and when they'll be knocking on your door. I've ordered my next batch today, I have at least 3 emails telling me to stay in, and it’ll be with me by midday; I can’t wait! Once it arrives, it’s straight into the fridge. Every morning my first thought is "coconut kefir”, did I tell you how nice it tastes? Yeah, well, the good news is that in the short 3 weeks I’ve been taking it, it has also changed my bowel movements, better consistency, more regular and more often. I’m hoping in the next month it will also reduce my carb cravings, and that I will notice some changes in metabolism to go along with a reduction in body fat. I’m not expecting miracles, I’m not relying on a kefir a day and then eating fattening food, hoping the kefir can counteract my stupidity, but after noticeable changes within such a short time I know it was a good choice for changing my gut biome. I feel I’m on the right path!
