NEVER AGAIN
Ordered hundreds of dollars worth or ribbons and they failed to send all of them- even though we ordered a month in advance. When I called to rectify they refused to help!! Took a week to finally resolve the matter and their customer service stinks! I will never use again

The ribbons were delivered as scheduled 11 days prior to the event. The issue was brought to our attention at the end of the day on a Friday with the event scheduled for the weekend. It was not possible for us to re-ship in time for their event. We apologized for the error on our part and issued a refund in a timely matter. We understand that this does not make up for the inconvenience or anguish endured by those who did not have awards to hand out.
