Dedalus MKII speaker cables
Comunication with Ricable office was perfect, helpfull and super quick. Delivery time is fast, I've got my cables in just few working days. Cables are very well packed. In compare with my old ones, these cables sound much better! I am really enjoying the sound of my system now! I can only recommend Ricable and already planning to buy other cables from Ricable in the future.

Great quality Cable
The Product is great quality and fast processing. Bravo for the product and services.
Nevertheless I suggest the company to review alternative transport company as shipping fee is too high compare to other online European purchase I've made. What irritated me the most is handling charge fee on top of import duty which more expensive that the import duty itself

Bad transporter
As a returning customer, the buying experience is always good, nice website easy to use. my only concern about that order is that it was shipped using Fedex, that's mean I have to pay to them a fee + the import taxes, and the package come really damaged. The product is fine inside but the box has ti be destroyed during the unpackaking process. I didn't have to pay this fee and the package was always perfect when they use to send the package by DHL.
Te other transporter charge the taxes as they are supposed with international shipment, Fedex charge a fee to do this process.

Surprised...major upgrade
Surprised...sound clarity, sure tones, detail and extended soundstage; firm bass (voices and piano with obvious improvements); I had a mid-low cable from another brand but this Dedalus Signal from Ricable was an excellent upgrade (my connection is from a DAC/Streamer to a tube amp)...already thinking about something else from Ricable.
