Very disappointing and honestly feels dishonest
I waited over 24 days for my order to arrive — it shipped from China (this was never mentioned on their website). The clothes I received were extremely cheap quality and looked nothing like the photos online.
When I contacted them to request a return and refund, they completely refused. Their own website says “free return and refund within 30 days” — but in reality they did not honour this at all.
So it’s just a lie.
From my experience, this feels like a dropshipping scam. Slow shipping, poor quality, and a fake refund policy. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Bought a load of items after seeing an advert on Instagram - clothing looked good in pictures.
Once delivered, every single item was of very poor quality and the sizes were all over the place.
I sent a pleasant email informing the business of the issues. Initially, they asked me to send over pictures, which I did.
They then started saying that their refund policy meant they would not offer a refund - absolute nonsense.
Then they said that there were 'sale items' meaning a refund could not be issued. INCORRECT. None of the items were sale items.
Lastly, they changed their mind and decided to say I was out of the 14 day refund DESPITE the fact that my initial request for refund was within the 14 days.
Absolute charlatans who, instead of running a proper business, have decided to try and scam hardworking people out of their money.
This is NOT over.

This is a scamming company. They will tell you that they offer returns no questions asked, but when they ship you their low quality items they then claim that they cannot accept the return because it’s a sale item. Yet that policy is NOWHERE to be found on their website. And it’s convenient that 98% of their items are on “sale”! Please do not buy from them or waste your money

Ricardo RICCI is a big scam. I ordered clothes from them. They are not good quality and I just wanted a refund. Clothes are from china. And they don’t give refunds. They try to come with stories and others silly thing. They do your life hard. Don’t buy because you are gonna be disappointed.
