Qualities terrible, all the sizes are sized 2 sizes smaller. Even if I wanted to wear it, I couldn’t.
They say they are based in UK, but everything is from China. Not to mention on their website they say they are 4.5 stars on trust pilot. When that is clearly not the case.

Products are nothing like what is advertised or pictured. Incredibly poor quality. Cheap drop shipping from China. they do not give refunds or accept returns. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, you will for sure regret it.

Scammy website with low quality products that are completely different than in the pictures and ads. They also falsely advertise they are featured in Vogue and GQ magazine. They claim to offer 30-day refunds but in practice, their items are always on sale, and on sale items are non-refundable. Just a scammy dropshipping business. Avoid at all costs.

Feels like a scam. They don't accept refunds on their products that are on sale. Meanwhile their entire inventory is on sale. Stay away

I wish I had read more reviews before ordering from Riccardo Ricci because my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.

I purchased clothing that was advertised as “high quality,” but what arrived was shockingly poor in material, fit, and overall construction nowhere near what was shown online. The garment is unwearable, and the fact that they charge premium prices (even with a “sale” discount) is outright misleading.

When I contacted customer service about a return, they refused to accept it, hiding behind a “no returns on sale items” policy. Instead, they kept increasing their insulting refund offers from 10% to 20% to 30%, rather than taking back their defective product. To make matters worse, the only way to get a full refund was to pay for international shipping to China which, given the cost, makes returning the item completely unfeasible.

This is a classic bait-and-switch tactic, and it’s clear they prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. A reputable company would stand by their products and allow returns for items that do not meet basic quality standards. Instead, they stall, offer minimal refunds, and refuse accountability.

I strongly advise against ordering from this company. If you do, be prepared to be stuck with cheap, unwearable clothing and no way to get your money back.

Avoid buying anything from this company. It is not UK company.. its China! I odered a flannel fleece lined check jacket.. what I got was a shiny nylon cheap material and blue quilt inside. Wrong item. Also very bad quality. Stitching is horrendous. Falling apart... they will not refund. Even though it says they do refunds.. Im £45 lost, will try and dispute with my bank and Trading Standards.

Absolutely worst experience ever I have ordered more than a month ago and still didn't receive my order and the tracking number is showing that the order is in pending. I asked for the order to be cancelled and they said is on the way but the tracking number is still showing pending. I escalated this with my bank and made a claim hopefully I will get my money back.

Poor quality overpriced product and no way of returning the item. I would avoid this company like the plague.

Misleading and false advertising. Ordered a knitted sweater and got a fleece, half stitched piece of material that It has the quality of a poorly made costume. They lie about refunds also. I wish there was a way to shut them down.

Nowhere on the website does it say what materials the clothing is made from. Massive red flag. Also it’s showing the Trustpilot ratings as 4 stars but this is obviously fake. Do not trust this company!

DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have just recieved two items i brought from this company costing £72 thinking they were a London based company but actually they have come from China.
The material is of poor quality and very poorly made. So please don't buy from these as they won't refund you

This is a big scam. They delivered cheap quality clothes from a village in china and refused to return them for refund . It’s not old money clothing , it’s like no money clothing from dollar store .

Don't buy from them! They are Chinese who sell Chinese stuff, they gave themselves an Italian name to deceive people, but it's all made in China! I ordered clothes for my son on December 8, 2024 and after 3 weeks nothing has arrived yet! The only thing they reply, after my reminders, are copy/paste emails which they evidently send to all the customers who complain. Never buy from them, only buy the real made in Italy that you can see and check in a real shop!

Bought from this 'London' based company, article arrived totally different from the picture presented on the website, and very big although sold as M.

They REFUSE refunds point blank, offer a 15% discount on the next order.

I wish I’d read the reviews before I’d purchased from this company. As another customer has stated changed shipping details. I ordered on 3 Dec first email I got stated it was shipped within days after I contacted them after over 2 weeks of not receiving as they state 7-14 days for uk never did they say it’s coming from china! Emails always start we can understand your curiosity - whatever you’ve taken my money and not delivered apparently was re-shipped 19 Dec and still sitting in china! So no way was it going to reach by Xmas. I’ve asked for my money back so ,ets see if that happens

Run from them. If there was a zero star, I would definitely give them that.

I had a horrible experience with Ricardo Ricci and would strongly discourage anyone from doing business with them. I placed an order and paid for it upfront, yet they failed to send the order as promised. Not only did they not deliver on time, but they also tampered with the shipping process—changing the processing date on the shipping company’s system two weeks after the original order was placed.
As the others say, they only send you an email thanking for understanding.
This is not just unprofessional but also highly deceptive. Collecting money without fulfilling orders and altering processing dates is completely unacceptable and feels like an attempt to cover up their mistakes.

The lack of communication and accountability throughout this ordeal made the situation even worse. I trusted them with my purchase, and they completely let me down. Avoid Ricardo Ricci at all costs unless you want to deal with unnecessary stress and dishonesty.
Lastly, I hope you don’t dare say you can’t find my name! Scammers!

It's all shit material.. really thin sweater material, while it looks woolen high quality on the website.

Absolutely awful company. Premium menswear you’ve got to be kidding me, the cheapest Chinese stuff ever! Materials so thin I can see skin through and then getting a refund isn’t possible due to so many reasons. NEVER BUY FROM HERE

Bad material and product doesn't match with picture and describing.The product arrived from China.I ordered in Juny, arrived in August.I ordered white trousers, Arrived pink and like car rag.

Says it’s from a premium brand based in London. Turns out it’s shipped from China and has the worst quality ever! My sweater has bad quality and no premium feel to it at all. Do not recommend.
