Helpful and knowledgable staff. Good prices. Good location but parking can be tricky.

I received some excellent advice on an audio system by phone and email, but wishing to see some physical examples of the recommended items, I travelled to the Cambridge store. Sadly this was nowhere near as large as I had hoped, with only a few trial systems on show and no chance of seeing specific samples of what I had been recommended. However, the level of experience in the advice I received, and the responsiveness to follow-up emails keeps my rating at 5*.

At the local branch I was able to talk to the person I first made contact with easily when I had queries about products. And when he was unavailable I still got the info I needed via email from other staff.
And the 6 year warranty of course is important.

The guys in Cambridge branch went above and beyond to try locate what I was looking for and found one in London. They shipped it Cambridge and I collected it with no hassle. - Great service and very helpful

The sales team were very knowledgeable about their products and enabled me to make a decision as to which TV to purchase.

The service I received was excellent from the cambs store the only complaint I have is the part exchange deal on my Evo 150 which was very low against a Evo 300 but then I was given extra cash off the 300 which was acceptable the Evo 300 is an exceptional streamer Thanks

I don’t remember the name of the person who I spoke to when I ordered my tv as I knew exactly what I wanted, and placed the order on the spot and paid for it I asked for next day delivery. The guy said that he would waver the delivery charge, and it was delivered the next day that made my day. Thanks you Richer Sounds

Visited the Cambridge branch and was served by Raff. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We went away very happy and would definitely come back to add to our set up.
