Very helpful with advice and demonstrating the products on show. Not so good when it comes to giving a fair trade in price despite the advertised trade up and save. I got a much better deal at a rival company.

We always do our best to offer the fairest trade-in value we feasibly can, and in the majority of cases this is more than any minimum value advertised against the system being purchased. I appreciate it was disappointing that on this occasion you found a competitor who was able to offer more and, whilst I can't comment on the specifics of their promotion, I will of course review the process with the branch team to ensure any decisions are explained as clearly as possible.
In the meantime, I will ask our customer service team to follow up with you directly to check all is well with the system which you purchased earlier this year, which I hope has settled in nicely.
