Richer Sounds - Edinburgh Reviews 

We visited the edinburgh chambers st branch on 2 occasions with lots of questions about audio systems/ speakers/ streamers,turntables.
We were helped by Jack who was honestly the most helpful , warm and friendly salesperson I have ever met in my 40 yrs of shopping .
He was knowledgeable and patient with us , as we chopped and changed several times . We spent a bit of money and got a discount as well . I would not hesitate to return and recommend to my friends

Great price on a Sonos loudspeaker and with the £10 VIP discount and a free 6 year warranty, what's not to like. Great service with both email and also a phone notification of the store pick up availability. I'll certainly shop at Richer Sounds again.

Requested and got good advic

1. Sourced replacement earpads for Focal Bathys. Genuine items. Delivered very quickly.
2. Give people plenty of time when trying out headphones.

Fantastic service from James Bowie. Super product knowledge and demonstration. Great prices and quick delivery. Well impressed.

A few hiccups - didn't need pre-amp, fault in new deck - but staff, James & John, sorted problems brilliantly and now happy with new deck and happy once again with purchasing from Richer Sounds.

From my first telephone call to the Edinburgh showroom, enquiring about the details of turntables which would be compatible with my existing system to the delivery and installation of my choice of turntable, the quality of advice and assistance I received was first class. Those who helped were friendly, professional and if they didn't have the answer they made the appropriate enquiry.
I was hoping to visit the showroom in Edinburgh but due to health issues I couldn't make it.
The advice and information I received enabled me to make an online purchase - something I never thought I'd never do with this type of product.

Easy to order online and get my purchase delivered to the Edinburgh shop. I was informed of when it was delivered and had no problem picking it up. Staff were friendly and helpful.

From start to finish my experience in choosing my new living room av set up was a breeze. Jamie was very thorough in making sure that the right equipment was set up for a demonstration which exceeded my expectations in sound quality. After this we arranged the right set up for myself including tailoring the set up to fit my space. Honestly cannot recommend highly enough if you are looking for high quality audio equipment with a wealth of expertise behind it. All the staff at the Edinburgh store were very friendly and you could tell their passion for what they were selling.

I was looking to buy a TV and soundbar but unsure which make and model to choose. I visited the Edinburgh store and John was extremely helpful in clearly identifying which was the best models to suit my requirements. He followed up my enquiry promptly and answered any additional questions I had. The price was also very competitive but it was the quality of service that convinced me to buy from Richer Sounds.
