Easy ordering process, price was the lowest I could find and the products purchased were as ordered and excellent quality.
I opted for click and collect which was all very smooth. Good communication from the store and wasy pick up.

The team in Kingston, while excellent at responding to emails and phone calls with respect to questions were very underwhelming in the shop and didn't seem nearly as engaged as I expected.

Compared to almost all other shops Richer sounds staff are professional, themselves and well informed and if you explain what you are looking for they have good recommendations. There is a listening room so I can spend the time I need to consider if the product is what I require. And prices are competitive. I know there are super high end audio equipment shops but for the majority of us who aren’t multi millionaires richer sounds strikes the right balance.

We went to the Kingston store as my son was interested in buying a soundbar to hear sub-bass music. I rang beforehand and Terry was very helpful. We were allowed to watch a film in the demonstration room and get a feel for how sub-bass feels. today we have purchased a soundbar on the richer sounds website for collection at the store. Terry was very helpful and knowledgeable and it was a great experience for my son.

Good quality products. Sunny is a fantastic salesman and customer oriented. Good communicator. But the welcoming of a new customer who walks into the store could be better. Our first interaction was not friendly. Sunny did make up for it. However, did not appreciate being charged twice - change of price because one product advised was not available. One cord is missing from delivery so we cannot use the CD player. Not happy about that. It would be nice to have a gesture of compensation for the inconvenience. It should be reordered and we can be allowed to keep the other one delivered to us by mistake and being used to connect to the router

Very knowledgeable and helpful. However, I’m not fond of spending time at the counter to discuss an expensive purchase. Too many people at the counter.
