Excellent deal on Nebula X1. Very friendly staff when I picked it up at Norwich branch. The whole buying experience from enquiries before purchase to follow up after was first class. I chose Richer Sounds for the 6 year guarantee but came away feeling incredibly well looked after.

I received excellent advice and help. The RS technician went to great lengths to deal with my soundbar problem.

Great customer service and expertise at this Branch particularly by Seb and Roger who immediately investigated operation faults on a combi deck / cd player I had ordered.
Agreed to send it back and offered to reorder replacement , provide refund or look at other options . Selected a different deck and cd player Seb specified , delivered and up and running great . Excellent customer service and great advice .

I somehow disconnected my Wiim mini and struggled to reconnect it. Seb at Richer Sounds, Norwich was able to talk me through the process over the phone. I’m not tech savvy but he was able to very patiently talk me through the processes while simultaneously working through the fault finding info and limited info I was able to give him.

Huge thanks Seb and Richer Sounds Norwich! I'm thinking of getting a higher quality amplifier to fully appreciate the quality of the fabulous Dali speakers I got from you guys a few years ago, so will definitely be coming to you for that.

My request was promptly dealt with by telephone. Roger was incredibly helpful and friendly.

Came in to replace our amplifier (bought from Richer Sounds about 25 years ago!). Great service, as ever. Salesman was very knowledgeable and spent time working out what we really needed. First recommendations he made were at lower end of our price range. Didn’t feel like there was a hard sell. We ended up buying more than we’d anticipated but not under pressure; just bought into his enthusiasm and knowledge of each unit. Slight problem with speaker cable but it was resolved without any issues and everyone was apologetic.

I ordered a TV online for collection in the Norwich store, but after making the payment I realised that there was a better model for not too much more money, that I preferred. The Norwich store (Jon) was extremely helpful with sorting this out for me & within 24 hours my TV was ready for collection. I've always found Richer Sounds staff extremely helpful whenever I've used them

Richer Sounds are as good as they say they are. We needed help with a speaker bought some time ago and they sorted us out without hesitation or charge. Excellent.

Purchased a pair of Wharfedale speakers efficient knowledgeable staff. Order arrived 2 days later. We were unable to set our system up, Tony from Norwich branch came round was extremely personable with expert knowledge & in a few minutes sorted our system. Have used various Richer Sounds shops would always recommend.

Knowledgeable sales staff helped me to choose the TV that best met my needs, and when the TV arrived I had some technical questions about the set up these were resolved over the phone on the first call.

Having tried a JBL sound bar purchased previously from Richer Sounds, I needed something with a little more punch and bass. I was guided towards the Klipsch 100 and I was not disappointed!
Fantastic sound bar, crystal clear with adequate bass for my needs.

They listened to what I was asking for and were very helpful. They offered several items, of various prices, and were happy to demonstrate them. The item I chose was delivered two days later and is performing well.
