They take your order and they take your money, but they don't send the goods.

Emails asking for info were ignored. The first time I called I listened to an answerphone message, telling me that there was no-one available and that I could not leave a message.

I did eventually get an answer and was told the supplier was "out of stock". I'm unsure why they wouldn't have told me that.

I seem to have been able to cancel the order, but we'll see if the refund does come through.

Superb service. Product arrived on time well packaged and the price was very competitive. It was so nice to receive a free gift. I love my kettle and the gift.

I bought an Alessi Electric kettle from the Richmond Cookshop. I was bereft without a kettle and the new one duly arrived the next day. Excellent service, thank you.

Tried to make a purchase but sent out two emails with a basic query but no reply. For some reason the emails hadn’t got through.

Finally we were able to communicate and the person dealing with my query has been very helpful, friendly and proactive. I hope I get to make my purchase to a happy conclusion!

I placed an order on 13th February 2018. It took a week for the item to be out for delivery and then the item was mis-delivered by DPD as Richmond Cookshop had not included the business name on the address label. I am still not in receipt of my parcel and I called them on 01769 573689 repeatedly from 2.30pm till 5pm with no answer from anyone at Richmond Cookshop. This is the second time that I have ordered and they have messed up the delivery of my order. Thanks to this second experience, despite the good price for the item, I will not use them again as I am having to deal with DPD and try to retrieve my parcel as Richmond Cookshop are not answering their phone or replying to emails that I have sent. Avoid like the plague.

Excellent company to deal with. Quick response to pre-purchase customer service enquiry. Item was the lowest online price available at the time and arrived the next day. Came with a free gift which was much appreciated. Highly recommend.

My husband bought my first Mauviel 250b roasting pan many years ago (how much...) and I was hooked! My latest additions have been 24cm casserole with lid, 20cm saucepan and 26cm fry pan (Mauviel 250b) and thrilled! Viv explained the casserole would arrive end Feb but came 29 Jan. Delighted. Most of all that delivery is with DPD - Great! Thank you!

Shipping and resolution times too slow. Ordered an item which eventually took 1 month to come. It originally came after 1 week (much longer than items ordered at the same time from other retailers) and was damaged. Asked to return it, which took several days to arrange. Over 3 weeks later I was still chasing for the item I ordered.
A new one was supposedly sent, but it had the exact same fault as the one I returned?....I had to chase again for yet another one to be sent and had to yet again return the item. Eventually after more than a month I had a working item. I wouldn't repeat this experience.

Couldn’t be more delighted. Exactly the knife I wanted at a very keen price😆 it was £20 cheaper than John Lewis who wouldn’t sell it on line anyway. I was even more delighted when it arrived within 24 hrs of placing the order. Thank you!👍

My order came quickly and everything was packaged very well. Love the Alessi dog treat jars, just gorgeous. The other Alessi storage jar is perfect for my treats...biscuits!

This company do not answer the phone or reply to emails so customer service is non-existent. I ordered an item almost 2 weeks ago - received an email stating that it had been dispatched and am still waiting. They have deducted the payment from my account but I don't expect to ever receive the item I ordered now - appalling service.
