Ricky Stator read my review below and contacted me by text. I explained that the stator was several years old but it failed at low miles. They asked me to return it and replaced it as a no charge warranty even though I was way past the warranty time. I'm impressed with the customer service and wish I had contacted them before I wrote the review. I highly recommend their product as it is well made with quality materials and the customer support is stellar!

They offer overnight shipping but the product does not ship out until 5 to 7 days after your order. If products are made to order and not in stock that should be listed on the product description for those of us who do not know. I let it slide on my first order but not on the second.

First order placed 3-12 and shipped 3-19 (paid for 2nd day)

Second order placed 7-13 and shipped 7-18 (paid for next day and expected it to be here on 7-16 for a customer)

I requested a refund for the overnight shipping and was denied.

I would understand a day delay if the order wasn't placed in time for that days mail or on a weekend but that is not the case.

Probably one of the most incompetent organizations I've come across, one simple mistake they made turned into a large one.. apparently it's okay to mess up someone's address and then when asked in a very timely manner to correct said mistake they proceeded to completely ignore it and hope for the best. I paid for expedited shipping with my order on the 16/10/23. I'm still yet to hear from them the only reason I know where my package is is because I call UPS myself.

After placing an order for 52.00 dollars my account was charged 91.91 for an unknown reason. I got in contact with one of the three guys that run the operation and instead of filling my order they had questions in regard to what I would be using the part on. I don't know how everyone feels about answering questions in regards to their order but I expect that the order be filled regardless of what my plans for its use was. Basically I didnt answer his question satisfactory so he cancelled my order. I just expect my order be filled without question. So I had a terrible experience an have read in many places that other people experience the same kind of high strung don't care about your little order attitude.

I’ve read a lot of bad things about this company and to most of them just made me laugh. But on a serious note my “experiences” with Ricky stator has been awesome. Good quality parts, great customer service. And every time I had a question they were always able to answer. They provide multiple options in different price ranges and actually took the time to send easy instructions with my parts and sent me the additional instructions for installation on my specific bike. Very nice touch. And last but not least they actually answer the phones. It took me three weeks to get ahold of BVC trikes just to get some product info on a led headlight

Very poor quality and customer service. I have bought 2 stators from them. One for a crf230 and one for an xr400r. Neither made as much power as the stock stators I replaced. The one for the crf could barely light up the headlight. I worked with them for about a year which consisted of them promising to call back and never doing it. Then I’d call and they’d act like they never heard of my problem. I ended up switching both bikes back to stock which meant I couldn’t run the light I had. That’s why I bought the new stators. If you want cheap stators from China then buy a Ricky Stator product. No one there knows enough about how a stator works to help you. Oh, and of course they couldn’t offer a refund.
