UPS failed - RightOn Service perfect, Outstanding Quality
I now have equiped all my guitars ( 10 Electric 6-string and 4 E-Bass Guitars)with RightOn Straps.
For Me: Absolut satisfying quality, 10 out of 10.
I ordered the last 4 straps directly in the webshop. Paket was given to UPS Spain 2 days later, and was sent back 7 days later by UPS Germany, because the silly driver could not find my door to deliver. Address was absolut correct. And I mailed UPS Support forefront, as I saw the packet is stuck, but UPS did not care, and send it back to spain.
RightOn then contacted me, if I want my money back, or they should send it again, so I had them delivered to another address near by. Arrived good, however, one strap was missing. Again, I contacted RightOn service, mailed some photos and the original order, 2 days later I received the missing strap without hesitating. OK, no big deal, human fault ( I ordered 2 pcs. of the same strap, one missing)
YEAH, I first had no luck at all, but now I am again a fully satisfied customer. Quality and Service at it's best. So hard to find these times. We as Musicians have to feel comfortable and always must rely on our Equipment. RightOn is part of mine.
